My partner & I recently celebrated our big day at Cluny Castle - from start to finish everything was just perfect! Prepare for some unbelievable photographs with this gorgeous venue! From the castle itself, to the beautiful chapel it really is something special!
Natalie was an amazing wedding co-ordinator who kept in touch throughout the planning process & kept everything running smoothly over the wedding weekend. We were also given a butler, Steven, who done a fantastic job over the course of the weekend without feeling like anyone was lingering.
All in all, we couldn’t recommend Cluny Castle more - we really wish we could live the whole weekend all over again.

We had the most incredible wedding weekend at Cluny Castle for our wedding on Saturday 26 July 2025. The venue is absolutely stunning and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Natalie for helping us organise everything and for coordinating with the vendors. All of our guests had a wonderful time at the wedding as well as the BBQ the day before and the Highland games on the Sunday. If you are looking for a magical Scottish castle wedding then this is the perfect choice! -

Cluny is an absolutely breath taking wedding venue
Cluny is an absolutely breath taking wedding venue and from the moment we stepped foot inside we knew this was our venue, from the grand chapel to the stunning tenants hall every area ticked our boxes.
Throughout the planning process and on the weekend of our day Natalie was a dream to work with, she makes the process so easy and Cluny would not be the same without her. Her presence all weekend did not go unnoticed, nothing was too much and she dealt with everything before we even had a thought about it.
Steven our butler was fantastic and made the weekend such a breeze, our families thoroughly enjoyed being able to unwind fully as Steven was always on hand.
Our day and weekend was truly perfect and we would recommend Cluny Castle to anyone who are looking for a beautiful Scottish Castle Wedding with impeccable service.

We had a fantastic experience with Cluny and their staff. From our first ecounter they were very attentive and worked hard to meet our requests. Natalie, our wedding planner, was with us every step of the way and was extremely helpful throughout the whole planning process as well as the wedding day itself. A truly magical wedding weekend!
Our wedding at Cluny Castle was nothing short of magical! This incredible and dramatic early 17th-century castle provided the perfect backdrop for our celebrations. Nestled in the breathtaking highlands of Scotland, the setting was truly a dream come true.
Cosmo, the owner and our host, was wonderful. His warmth and attention to detail made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. He ensured that every aspect of our event went off without a hitch. We felt so fortunate to have such a fantastic host guiding us through the weekend. The Butler, Ryan, couldn’t have been more obliging, making sure he was on hand to fulfil our every whim.
Additionally, the in-house wedding coordinator, Natalie, worked brilliantly alongside Emma from Timeless White. Their collaboration made planning and executing our wedding seamless and stress-free. Together, they turned our vision into a reality and created an unforgettable experience for us and our guests.
We cannot recommend Cluny Castle enough! The combination of its stunning architecture, picturesque surroundings, and exceptional staff made for a wedding weekend we will cherish forever. Thank you for making our special day so extraordinary!

We had a fantastic wedding at Cluny. Everything was perfect. Although we couldn’t plan for the weather (which was perfect), the castle itself lends itself perfectly to our wedding weekend. We hosted a cocktail party in Tenants hall on Friday which was great (but maybe a little bit cold - October isn’t ideal for open doors) and the wedding was held in the chapel which was stunning. We had a marquee for our wedding breakfast and the whole thing was seamless. The castle staff were incredibly lovely, everything was perfectly executed and nothing was too much. There was a slight challenge with the electrics in the brides room but our butler arrived to fix it within 5 minutes so I really can’t fault them.
Overall it was the most perfect wedding in the most perfect venue.Cluny Castle's reply:

Cluny Castle Wedding
We recently had our dream wedding at Cluny Castle which is situated in Aberdeenshire. From the moment you drive up to the castle from the main gate, it is absolutely beautiful and takes your breath away. When we viewed the Castle in January, it was snowing and this made the setting even more picturesque. The chapel speaks for itself and is a lovely setting for the ceremony, everything being in one location was a big factor for us and something other venues lacked. Also the intimate setting of the tenants hall was perfect for our wedding size. The setting at Cluny Castle is breathtaking, despite the weather not being on our side, it didn’t matter as we held the drinks reception in the drawing room which was lovely.
Cluny castle is a first class wedding venue and has so much to offer. From the accommodation for family and friends, to the chapel and tenants hall, the venue is absolutely stunning. The staff at Cluny, especially the wedding coordinator Natalie, made the whole experience, her help and guidance not only on the wedding day but the year and a half leading up to the wedding was a great support. She coordinated all of our wedding suppliers on our wedding day and everything went seamlessly. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect day. We would definitely recommend Cluny Castle as a wedding venue!

Cluny Castle is a truly fantastic venue. The castle itself is so beautifully decorated and in a great secluded location to spend the weekend with loved ones. It is such a magical place, perfect for a wedding.
The whole team are incredibly helpful and well organised and our wedding ran so smoothly. We both felt so calm and reassured thanks to their help liaising with all of our suppliers on the day. The entire day and weekend was perfect. We cannot recommend Cluny Castle enough, and could not have asked for a better venue.

Nothing short of perfect
The historical, private castle where the inside is just as beautiful as the outside. Natalie, Steven, Cosmo and the staff were beyond helpful, it will forever be the best weekend of our lives thanks to Cluny castle and the team. A truly whimsical location.Cluny Castle's reply:
