We were married at Christchurch Harbour Hotel on Saturday 10th May!
From the moment we booked, to the day itself, the team at Harbour were so supportive and helpful. They answered all my questions, corresponded with suppliers to ensure we could definitely have everything we wanted for our wedding, and checked in with us regularly to see if they could assist with anything during the planning period.
Sher, our coordinator for the day, made sure everything went to plan!
Would recommend CHH to everyone! -

Beautiful Venue, Incredible Staff, Unforgettable Memories
We honestly couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding than the Christchurch Harbour Hotel. From the moment we started planning through to the wedding day itself, everything was handled so professionally and made us feel completely at ease.
A huge thank you to Lindsay, who helped us organise every detail in the lead-up to the day. She was always so helpful, responsive and supportive, making the planning process feel effortless.
On the day itself, Sher was absolutely incredible. She ran everything with military precision, ensuring every part of the day flowed seamlessly while making it all look completely effortless. We didn't have to worry about a single thing, which meant we could simply relax and enjoy every moment with our family and friends.
Our guests absolutely loved the location and setting. The hotel is beautiful, and being right by the harbour made for such a stunning backdrop to our wedding day.
The bridal suite was amazing and made getting ready on the morning of the wedding so much easier, helping the whole day flow perfectly. Our honeymoon suite was equally fantastic – luxurious, comfortable and exactly what we needed after such an unforgettable day.
The food was outstanding, with so many of our guests commenting on how delicious everything was. A special mention has to go to the sticky toffee pudding, which was absolutely incredible! The mocktails were also perfect, and thanks to the fantastic service, we never had an empty glass all day.
Every member of staff was so attentive, not only to us but to all of our guests. Everyone was made to feel welcome and looked after, and the level of service really made the day feel extra special.
Thank you to everyone at the Christchurch Harbour Hotel for helping us create such an unforgettable wedding day. We have so many wonderful memories and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue. -

A huge thank you to the team at Christchurch Harbour Hotel for all their hard work for our wedding reception. Hannah, Lauren and the team were brilliant at answering our questions throughout the planning process, the chef and catering team were excellent at catering to a great range of dietary requirements, and Sher and the waiting staff did a wonderful job on the day to ensure it all ran smoothly. Everyone was so professional and made us feel really relaxed about the day.
One of the highlights for us was our menu tasting day to decide which options we wanted for our wedding breakfast. Thank you to Zhivko for looking after us over 4 hours and 5 courses! The food was phenomenal and received many compliments from our guests on the day of the wedding.
It was also very special to stay a few nights after the wedding. We loved our suite with the roll-top bath and wonderful sea view. The spa facilities were also perfect after dancing the night away - we particularly recommend the hot tub, steam room and the relaxing hideaway suite! Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, especially the homemade granola and banana bread.
We loved our wedding reception and stay at Christchurch Harbour Hotel and hope to be back soon! -

Absolutely perfect
Not only is this the most beautiful venue we viewed, the staff were outstanding. Even moments where there was a hiccup it was sorted out promptly and we were not worried with anything. Would highly recommend this beautiful venue with the experienced staff to make the day go off without a hitch -

We fell in love with CHH at a viewing back in May 2021. We saw the gorgeous outside space and knew this was our venue. The events team were fantastic, completely understanding our wants, needs and vision. The communication throughout the whole process was second to none; nothing was too much trouble.
Our meetings were always friendly and bespoke, the staff took the time to get to know us and really helped guide the planning processes. They catered for our allergy guests, fussy guests, young guests and everyone else! But we were at the heart of everything.
Our menu tasting was the second best day of my life. Could not believe how good the food was!!
We stayed at CHH the night before the wedding so we could all get ready there. My bridal party and I had the annexe which was lush, big, spacious and every amenity possible for a morning of preparations! Banqueting manager Sher needs knighting. She was on it, from start to finish, impeccable timings, keen eye for details, nothing too much trouble and no toe out of line. She ran the day like clockwork, and it was lovely to have a familiar wink and a smile everytime I escaped from photos and guests 😂
The only thing I regret is not staying an extra night! But we will definitely be back next year for our anniversary.
