Spring 2025
We initally came to see Cave Castle in October 2024 at a wedding fair and was straight away blown away by the venue. A picturesque castle with a beautiful lake and golf course nestled in a small village. We knew straight away that this was the venue for us and quickly narrowed day a date in March 2025 with the help of Laura.
With the help of Laura, Morgan and all the staff at Cave Castle we planned our special day in 6 months and nothing was too much trouble. We utlised Cave Castle's list of reccomended suppliers to find our decorations, cake and DJ all of which were amazing.
The venue itself if stunning to say the least made even more beautiful by the March sun. We utlised the Balmoral suite for our ceremony and reception and it looked breathtaking, the Honeymoon suite was beautiful with a super-king four poster bed. All of our guests felt well cared for by all staff and it really made our day spectacular.
Laura was always available to answer any question we had and any last minute changes we had, even down to 2 days before. The food was simply beautiful and plentyful, all dietary requirements were well catered for.

Couldn’t have asked for more
The staff were amazing, lead by Laura who was fantastic from start to finish. We had a few last minute changes, all accommodated smoothly without fuss. I would recommend Cave Castle as a venue in a heartbeat. Food, service, decoration all amazing (November 24 wedding)Cave Castle Hotel's reply:

Dream wedding venue ❤️
Cave castle as a venue and Laura Gillyon our wedding coordinator, was utterly perfect from start to finish. Laura was amazing from start to finish, nothing was too much bother and she made us feel very special, her attention to detail was perfect. She was also a great touch stone when we couldn’t agree on things and the morning of the wedding having her steady presence there was the thing I didn’t know I needed (but absolutely did!!). The food was delicious, venue spectacular, and the overnight honeymoon suite was unreal. We can’t wait to celebrate many an anniversary there and can’t thank everyone involved in our wedding enough. xxCave Castle Hotel's reply:

Planning my wedding was pretty stressful as I lived overseas all the way up until a month or two before the wedding. I had chosen Cave Castle as my venue, due to its beauty, locality and everything they were able to supply us. This was the BEST decision EVER. My wedding coordinator, Emma, was absolutely fantastic with dealing with my concerns, queries and the ungodly hours I used to email her. She put me SO at ease. She made planning an absolute breeze.
On the day, the place was absolutely stunning. Every request I had made was listened to and confirmed and it was an absolute dream. Emma was incredibly organised and the staff were incredibly sweet. I will never ever forget the wonderful woman who kept whisking my new husband and I away to have some time to ourselves.
My guests absolutely adored the venue and spoke SO highly of the value for money and the service from the staff. It was just wonderful.
I wouldn't have changed a single thing about the day and cannot wait to visit Cave Castle next time I am home for all the memories :) -

I can’t even put into words how incredible Cave Castle made our day of dreams. From the venue itself, to the staff and service, everything was faultless. Emma was absolutely incredible as our wedding co-ordinator and was on hand for any needs in the lead up and on the day.
All of the staff working on the day, including Emma. took my vision and did a spectacular job of bringing it to life. If I could repeat the day I would choose Cave Castle over and over again. -

We had a brilliant wedding day and picked the perfect venue (Cave Castle). The surroundings and grounds were beautiful, the interior decor was stunning, and I felt like a princess walking down the grand staircase in my wedding dress. The bridal suite was perfect and the food was delicious. I can't fault it. -

Fairytale wedding
Our wedding reception at Cave Castle was phenomenal. The whole day went smoothly and the staff all wanted to ensure that this was the case. They were very flexible on the day to allow us to use part of another room for the lawn games we hired as it rained outside. We hired the Balmoral Suite, and this meant there was lots of space for guests to use during the day. The food was great and the toastmaster, Colin, made everyone smile. We are so glad we chose this venue. There were sometimes some missed communications leading up to the day, but this did not impact the day itself. -

Amazing best day we could of asked for
Our day was perfect from start to finish the staff at cave castle where incredible and made our day perfect. Everything was more then we could of hoped for -
