  Our Disney wedding

  Our wedding day was amazing, we were well supported by Grace, Roy, Lee, Lisa and their staff. They were very friendly and professional and helped us to make sure our day went smoothly which it did. We can’t thank them enough for our special day. The bridal suite was amazing, food was amazing. We will definitely be visiting the hotel again in the future. We highly recommend this venue.

  Absolutely magical

  I can’t recommend a better venue. They catered to our every need and was very accommodating through the whole process.
  
  They helped set up the venue and made sure it was as stress free as possible. I had nothing at all to worry about.
  
  I was prompt throughout the day where I needed to be and times so I didn’t feel stressed about what was happening. The wedding coordinator was very organised.
  
  Every single member of staff that day was amazing, from bookings team, hotel staff, servers, everything!

  The most perfect day

  To Lee, Chris and all the team at the Valley Hotel.
  
  I'd just like to firstly thank you all for our incredible wedding on Saturday. You and your team made our day the most amazing experience we could ask for!!. Nothing was too much trouble, all your staff were helpful, polite and professional thoughtout the whole process, from booking the wedding back last year to checking out the day after the wedding.
  
  I can honestly say your reputation on the outside is such a positive one and I can really see why! Everyone I told where we were getting married couldn't speak highly enough about their experiences with you and I will definitely be saying the same!!
  
  I honestly couldn't fault a thing even if I tried! The food was outstanding everyone loved the afternoon tea and the buffet went down a treat!! My guests all had the most amazing time, even saying it was the best wedding they'd ever been too!!
  
  I also like to give Lee an extra special thanks for being so accommodating throughout, especially when we didn't think the Groom would make it to the first dance and cutting of the cake lol!!
  And also to Chris for making me feel so calm just before walking outside!!!
  
  You are truly a great team with a fantastic venue and I wish you all well in the future.

  Fantastic. Magical day

  Well our day was fantastic. We got married at our local church and then had the reception here. The food was fantastic. The staff were brilliant. The weather was horrendous but it did not put a damper on our day. Grace was there whenever we needed her. Everything was spot on. Everyone has said that it was the best wedding they have been to and they have been to a few.
  Cannot thank the Valley enough. Definitely recommend this place for that magical day xxx

  Beautiful setting, fantastic service with great attention to detail. We also appreciated the excellent value for money from the 'Ultimate Wedding Package'. The grounds and hotel are charming and traditional and the setting can be personalised according to your theme. The majority of our guests travelled from across the UK so we were able to make a weekend of it with a dinner the night before where new and old friends could meet up. The food was outstanding and our guests spoke very highly of this and the quality of service. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. The wedding coordinating team, Grace, Roy and Lisa are talented, calm and reassuring which was invaluable throughout the process from initial booking to final checkout. We highly recommend the Best Western Valley Hotel Ironbridge.

  The valley staff were very engaging and supper helpful

  The valley hotel staff were very helpful in what we required for our wedding. They kept us informed of what will happen during the day and made it a super day.

  Street Party Wedding

  We had the most amazing day back in May 2023 the street party was exactly what we where looking for, after a 3 year wait due to 3 cancelled venues they supported us with sorting a wedding in 6 months, nothing was to much trouble and all the staff where amazing, I'm sure Grace could read my mind as she appeared right next to me when I needed her checking everything was as perfect as we wanted it to be.
  
  My guests have not stopping telling me what a fantastic day it was (especially the food)
  
  You will not be disappointed if you book your wedding with them, great people, great price, great location.

  The most wonderful day!

  We got married here in april 2023 and it was the best day. Roy and all the staff there were the most welcoming and made it feel as though we were family. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they all went above and beyond. We had the street party package and every one of our guests said how fabulous the food was and the concept was brilliant.

  Fantastic day, fantastic staff who where so so helpful, beautiful venue, and food that's amazing. Perfect for large or small weddings, we had the jack field for 28, brilliant. Only downside was my 3 year old who chocked on a mini connect four counter, not hotels, even then staff where there helping straight away. Thanks Lisa ans all the staff at the valley.
