Dear Roy and Lee,
We just wanted to say how incredibly grateful we are for everything you did to make our wedding day so perfect.
From the very first moment we met Roy and were offered a cup of tea, we knew this was where we wanted to get married. From that day right through to the end of our wedding night, the care, attention to detail, and genuine kindness you both showed us has been exceptional.
Everything ran so smoothly, and the whole experience from start to finish has been truly wonderful. The level of customer service and personal touches you provided is something we will never forget.
Please also pass on a massive thank you to the catering team, hotel staff, and bar staff who all played such an important part in making the day possible. Everyone was fantastic.
Thank you for helping to create such a special day for us. We will always look back on it with the happiest memories.

Amazing venue!
Only positive things to say about the wedding team at The Valley, our day was perfect! The day through to the evening ran so smoothly with such a relaxed vibe, we didn’t have to think about a thing.
Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever attended which for us is just amazing to hear as all we wanted was for everyone to have a lovely time.
The whole experience from the early planning stages right through to the final hours of the evening reception were everything we had wished for and we have some truly magical memories to last us a lifetime. -

Such a beautful venue to have had our amazing wedding day. From start to the end the staff were so helpful, friendly, professional. Nothing was ever too much trouble.
The day itself we literally couldn’t have wanted anything more. It was just perfect! The food, wedding ceremony, and reception was everything we hoped for and more. We had our ceremony outside on the terrace, beautiful sunshine all day!
The setting of this venue is stunning but topped with all the above, you would be pushed to find anything as nice for the price.

The Valley Hotel, Ironbridge is a brilliant venue for a wedding. Its position is excellent, 5 minutes from the bridge, fall out into Dale End park, children's playground 1 minute away in addition to scenic, photo friendly grounds.
Staff are exceptional and will assist with bespoke planning. Friendly, helpful and genuine. Their wedding fairs help finding additional decor and activities.
The hotel rooms are comfortable and the hotel environment warm and inviting.
We are so pleased we chose the Valley, our daughters wedding was a really enjoyable day.
It also didn't break the bank! - too much. -

They were absolutely amazing, we couldn't ask for a better venue or people to help plan are big day.
Me and my husband got married at The Valley Hotel on the 11th May, it was the most amazing day and we want to thank all the staff and Lee for making sure everything on the day ran smoothly and they made sure me and my husband and our guests were happy. The food was great and there was plenty of it to. We stayed the night the room was beautiful and we had a lovely breakfast the next day. ♥️👰♂️🤵 -

Our wedding day was amazing, we were well supported by Grace, Roy, Lee, Lisa and their staff. They were very friendly and professional and helped us to make sure our day went smoothly which it did. We can’t thank them enough for our special day. The bridal suite was amazing, food was amazing. We will definitely be visiting the hotel again in the future. We highly recommend this venue. -

We had the most amazing day back in May 2023 the street party was exactly what we where looking for, after a 3 year wait due to 3 cancelled venues they supported us with sorting a wedding in 6 months, nothing was to much trouble and all the staff where amazing, I'm sure Grace could read my mind as she appeared right next to me when I needed her checking everything was as perfect as we wanted it to be.
My guests have not stopping telling me what a fantastic day it was (especially the food)
You will not be disappointed if you book your wedding with them, great people, great price, great location.

The most wonderful day!
We got married here in april 2023 and it was the best day. Roy and all the staff there were the most welcoming and made it feel as though we were family. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they all went above and beyond. We had the street party package and every one of our guests said how fabulous the food was and the concept was brilliant. -

Absolutely magical
I can’t recommend a better venue. They catered to our every need and was very accommodating through the whole process.
They helped set up the venue and made sure it was as stress free as possible. I had nothing at all to worry about.
I was prompt throughout the day where I needed to be and times so I didn’t feel stressed about what was happening. The wedding coordinator was very organised.
Every single member of staff that day was amazing, from bookings team, hotel staff, servers, everything! -
