We had our beautiful wedding at Bawtry Hall on the 22/12/2024. The whole feeling was so festive and perfect for Christmas without being too much. It was the best day/night of our lives, all of our friends and family have made so so many comments on how amazing Bawtry Hall is. The venue is stunning, so spacious and private, it made it more personal and possible for us to have some time alone. Everybody loved the food for the wedding breakfast and the stone baked pizzas in the evening. All of the staff made the day so seamless, Libby did so much to help throughout the day and I cannot thank her enough for taking all of the stress away from me. My dad and husband made comments on how great Libby was from helping with ties to explaining things to them, she is truly great at her job. We would all highly recommend having your wedding here, especially at Christmas. -

We spent the 17th April 3025 at Bawtry Hall for our wedding, and what a wonderful experience we had. The venue is absolutely stunning, and we love the links to the RAF, with my partner being military. The staff at Bawtry hall was amazing and so accommodating, the bar staff were lovely, but my biggest thank you goes to Libby who was so helpful throughout our whole day!! Thank you -

The best day ever!
Bawtry Hall was the absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the first time we visited on a showcase day, we just knew it was the one. Gorgeous setting, amazing team, and the kind of atmosphere that instantly felt right.
After we booked, we were invited to a taster evening at The Crown, which was such a lovely touch. We got to try all the food and pick exactly what we wanted for the big day. It felt super personal and made us even more excited.
The night before the wedding, we had a rehearsal dinner with our immediate family and wedding party in a private suite. The events team helped us plan it all, and it was the perfect way to kick things off - intimate, relaxed, and such a special evening.
On the day, everything ran like clockwork thanks to our amazing coordinator Libby. She was calm, organised, and totally on it from start to finish. She even acted as a behind-the-scenes content creator, capturing little moments on her phone throughout the day and sending them to us after. It was such a thoughtful touch and meant we had snippets to look back on straight away.
And a huge shoutout to Emily from the events team. She was an absolute star throughout the planning. I sent her endless emails (sorry, Emily!) and nothing was ever too much trouble. She was always quick to reply, super helpful, and genuinely lovely to deal with. Her support made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.
The staff on the day; Billy, Elliot W, Isla, Lily, Lucy J, Miles, and Flynn were brilliant. Friendly, professional, and kept everything running smoothly from start to finish.
The venue itself is stunning - elegant but welcoming, and full of character. It felt grand without being over the top, and our guests were blown away by how beautiful everything looked.
Huge thanks to the whole team at Bawtry Hall for making our wedding so unforgettable. We loved every minute.

After months of planning, dreaming, and counting down the days, our wedding reception at Bawtry Hall turned out to be everything we had hoped for—and more. Nestled in the charming town of Bawtry, the Hall provided the most breathtaking setting for a day we’ll never forget.
From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles, glasses of perfectly chilled champagne, and the golden glow of summer sunshine pouring across the grounds. It felt like the whole world had paused to give us this moment.
What made the day truly special was being surrounded by our wonderful family and closest friends. There was laughter in every corner, heartfelt conversations over canapés, and tears of joy during the speeches. The sound of clinking glasses, bursts of applause, and the occasional emotional hug created an atmosphere that was intimate, joyful, and full of love.
The Bawtry Hall team went above and beyond—from the seamless coordination behind the scenes to the impeccable service throughout the day. They allowed us to simply be present, take it all in, and enjoy every second without stress or worry.
The sun stayed with us into the evening as we shared our first dance, watched children run barefoot across the lawn, and created memory after memory under the dusky pink sky.
Our wedding reception wasn’t just a party. It was a celebration of love, laughter, and the people who mean the most to us—and Bawtry Hall was the perfect place for that story to unfold.
To anyone considering Bawtry Hall as their venue: it’s not just beautiful—it’s unforgettable. -

Best Day Ever !
Where to even start … we got married at Bawtry Hall on the 07.06.2025 and it was amazing from start to finish. All the support in the lead up from Emily was perfect she was always on hand to answer my million questions . We were then passed across to Libby to look after us on the day , and she did a fantastic job from the minute we arrived till the minute we left . Everything ran on time and so smoothly . Libby was there all through the day with everything we needed . Our guests were all looked after and had the best day.
Special mention to Billy, Miles, Ruby Bass, Oliver, Rose, Caitlyn who looked after us all with amazing smiles.
We cannot recommend Bawtry hall enough.
Thank you for giving us the day we dreamed of.

Wedding venue!!
From start to finish our day was amazing! We couldn’t have asked for better, from the moment we went for a walk around, to speaking to Tori, to booking it.. we did an outdoor ceremony the first one ever at Bawtry hall & it was amazing! More than I could ever imagine, great communication between the team.. they listened to what we wanted and well our day spoke a thousand words to us.. this place is beautiful! The staff are amazing! Our guests loved it we had so many compliments on the venue it’s self.. it was just magical and we wish we could do this over and over again!

Incredible day, incredible team.
We can’t recommend Bawtry Hall enough!! We had the most incredible day - the venue looked amazing, the food was delicious and the whole terms were so friendly and attentive all day. Nothing was too much trouble and the day ran so smoothly thanks to Tori, Libby and their teams. From initial enquiry to checking out of their sister hotel the next morning, we could not have been looked after any better!
When you are made to feel like the only couple to ever get married and that yours is the only special day they care about, with the execution of a highly experienced and caring team, you cannot ask for more.
We have had nothing but positive feedback from our guests and we just want to do it all over again!! -
