We had our beautiful wedding at Bawtry Hall on the 22/12/2024. The whole feeling was so festive and perfect for Christmas without being too much. It was the best day/night of our lives, all of our friends and family have made so so many comments on how amazing Bawtry Hall is. The venue is stunning, so spacious and private, it made it more personal and possible for us to have some time alone. Everybody loved the food for the wedding breakfast and the stone baked pizzas in the evening. All of the staff made the day so seamless, Libby did so much to help throughout the day and I cannot thank her enough for taking all of the stress away from me. My dad and husband made comments on how great Libby was from helping with ties to explaining things to them, she is truly great at her job. We would all highly recommend having your wedding here, especially at Christmas. -

From the very first moment we stepped into Bawtry Hall for our initial show-around, we both felt something special. We looked at each other and just knew — this was the place. The beauty of the venue took our breath away, but it was the warmth of the team and the way they made us feel instantly cared for that truly won our hearts.
From the months of planning, to the wedding day itself, to waking up the next morning at the sister hotel, The Crown, everything felt magical. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I asked what felt like a thousand questions — often worrying they were silly — yet every single time, the team replied with patience, kindness, and reassurance. They made us feel calm, supported, and genuinely excited, and because of them, I truly didn’t have to worry about a thing.
Tori, Libby, Anthony, Caz… and honestly every single person we encountered… you are all extraordinary. You didn’t just “host” our wedding — you held our day together with love, and we felt it in every little detail. Your attentiveness, your kindness, your organisation, your smiles — you made us feel like we were the only couple in the world.
The day went by in a blur of joy and emotion, and we wish we could relive every moment. Part of us even wishes we’d married earlier in the day — or stretched the whole thing into a weekend — just so we could have soaked up more of that happiness.
The food was outstanding, and the care shown around my dietary needs genuinely touched me. The chef and Caz went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and it absolutely was.
Bawtry Hall didn’t just give us a wedding.
They gave us a memory we will cherish for the rest of our lives.

We got married at Bawtry Hall on Saturday 9th August and from the very first visit we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding day. The building itself is absolutely breathtaking, a blank canvas for any colour scheme you have in mind and the grounds are just picturesque. We went for a few visits before we secured the venue, and even took some family members to show them, and this was never too much trouble.
The team are really warm and friendly. Emily in the events team was brilliant - so patient, organised and lovely to deal with. Libby was incredible on the coordination of the day itself, keeping everything calm, on time and completely stress-free.
Urban, the Master of Ceremonies, deserves a special mention. He’s worth his weight in gold - such a gentleman, so calm, kind and professional. He made sure the whole day flowed beautifully and brought such warmth to every part of it. You would not want your day without him!
The food and drinks were absolutely outstanding and a real highlight of the day. The canapés served after the ceremony were beautifully presented and so tasty - a perfect way to begin the celebrations and give guests a chance to mingle. We actually had two tasting sessions before we could decide on our menu because there was so much choice, and everything we tried was delicious. We were so happy with what we chose in the end, and our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how incredible the food was.
We also opted for a bespoke drinks package of Pimm’s to be served after the welcome drinks, which added a lovely, personal touch and complemented our wedding perfectly. For the evening food, we went for the BBQ in the gardens which just added to that summer feel of the day.
The venue itself looked breathtaking. It was styled by All Occasions who are the recommended venue stylist vendor by Bawtry Hall, and they were the best. They couldn’t do enough for us and made sure every detail was exactly as we imagined. The staff at Bawtry Hall worked tirelessly behind the scenes too, especially turning the Wesley Suite around after the ceremony ready for the wedding breakfast. Everything looked flawless!!
We had so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful and memorable the whole day was. We wish we could relive it over and over again!
It really was the best day of our lives, and having it at Bawtry Hall made it even more special. If we could do it all over again, we wouldn’t change a thing.

The Most Incredible Wedding Day at Bawtry Hall!
We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect day at Bawtry Hall. From start to finish, everything was absolutely seamless thanks to Libby and her amazing team — Lucy J, Miles, Caitlyn, Jake G, Tasha, Jude, Tyler, Liam L, and Flynn. Every single one of them went above and beyond to make sure our day ran smoothly and was everything we dreamed of (and more!).
The venue looked stunning, the coordination was flawless, and we truly felt so well looked after throughout the whole day. Our guests commented on how effortlessly everything flowed — a real testament to how professional and dedicated the team are.
A special mention also has to go to Urban, our fantastic Master of Ceremonies, who kept the energy high, the timings perfect, and everyone smiling from start to finish. And DJ Paul was absolutely brilliant — the dance floor was full all night and the music couldn’t have been better!
Thank you, Bawtry Hall, for making our wedding day unforgettable. The venue, the team, and the atmosphere were all beyond perfect. We’ll cherish the memories forever. 💕 -

A month and a half on and we still can’t stop talking about how perfect our wedding day was! The second we walked into Bawtry Hall for their wedding showcase we knew it was where we wanted to get married and I’m so pleased with our decision. Obviously it is the most stunning venue but what really makes it is the team, from the first meeting right up to the moment we left the venue after having the most magical day every single staff member was incredible and they really thought of everything, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing all day! And the food…it was out of this world! I still think about the beef wellington every day! Thank you so much to everyone at Bawtry Hall, you made our day magical 🤍💫 -

Bawtry Hall gave us the perfect wedding day—it was truly faultless.The venue is absolutely stunning, and the entire team was incredible. Special praise must go to Tori and Libby. Their invaluable support ensured everything was immaculate and planned to the nth degree, letting us relax completely. We recently married at Bawtry Hall. From our first initial appointment we were in love with the venue! We had looked at quite a few venues but Bawtry Hall stole our hearts, it is such an amazing venue which we both said is beautiful without adding any decor. You can’t say this about many venues. The biggest win for me was the wood floor through out as I hate seeing wedding pictures with ugly carpets lol.
We can only speak highly of all the staff - they were great throughout with all information & appointments making sure everything was to run smoothly - in which our wedding day couldn’t have gone any better! All the staff on the day were immaculate, making sure everything was in order and everyone had the best time.
We used the recommended venue styler ( Karen) she is ever so lovely, her & her team dressed the venue perfect, we had so many compliments on how beautiful everything looked! I would really recommend her.
I really could not fault the team or the venue Bawtry hall. My only concern would be for future couples is to make sure you choose / see your rooms before hand if you are staying at the crown hotel as I was upset with the room we was given for my bridal party to get ready in( although a lovely girl on reception upgraded us immediately when I expressed my concern and she made sure I was happy ). Also to clarify which bridal suite you will be staying in as personally I think the one we stayed in needs updating to give it that little bit more making your wedding night extra special! ( I think this was 501)
A special shout out to Libby & the guys on the security team / night staff at the crown hotel as they were really lovely and they all went above and beyond!
Thankyou to you all at both venues- we couldn’t have dreamed for a better day and we will be forever grateful to you all!

Truly Amazing!
We had the most incredible experience at Bawtry Hall for our wedding — it was truly everything we dreamed of and more! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and cared for. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every detail was handled with such professionalism.
The venue itself is absolutely stunning! The gardens and interiors provided the perfect backdrop for our photos, and so many of our guests commented on how beautiful everything looked.
The team at Bawtry Hall went above and beyond to make sure our day ran seamlessly. From the planning process through to the very end, everything was perfectly organised and stress-free. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a lovelier team to share our special day with.
