  The best day of my life

  We had our wedding day on 7/10/22 and it was the most amazing day. The staff- Sascha, David and Hassan were amazing. They whole team at bicester golf club went above and beyond to bring us the best wedding. The food was incredible and everybody commented. They catered to everything even down to the finer details. Thank you to all of you, and you are amazing!

  Sascha was amazing from start to finish. The venue was brilliant and we totally recommend! Pricing was spot on for food and everything included.
  Totally recommend Sascha for a wedding planner and team behind the scenes. Went above & beyond to make our day special.

  Incredible experience - tailored to our requirements which made it a truly special day!

  As a very laid back couple we wanted our wedding to be a real feel good day for us and all our guests… and thanks to Sascha and the team it was just that! The venue was amazing… tailored to all of our needs, the food was delicious, the attentiveness of all of the staff was exceptional. Sascha was efficient, personable and vital to making the whole day run as smoothly as it did. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better venue, or better service, in making our day absolutely perfect! We would most definitely recommend - and now have memories to last a lifetime! Thanks so much Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa. Can’t wait to return on our anniversary!

  Perfect venue!

  We want to say a huge thank you to Sascha and her team for helping us have the perfect wedding day. So many of our guests commented on the beautiful grounds, the quality of the food and how friendly the team were so thank you so much for making our day extra special. Sascha was really helpful and responsive over the last few months of planning and really accommodating with all the last minute wedding drama issues we had on our side of things. A big hit was the outdoor balcony for drinks overlooking the grounds and it made for stunning photos. A huge thank you from us!

  Perfect, just perfect!

  We asked for an intimate wedding, and had everything we could possibly have wanted. The staff were so kind, friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. Everything was absolutely perfect on the day, and all our requests were met. We wouldn't have asked for anything more. Special thank you to Sascha, Ryan and the Team.

  Magical day .. flawless

  We got married on the 23.10.21 and Sascha was incredible we asked so many questions and she got back to us so quickly and nothing was ever a problem, the day ran so smoothly it was perfect thanks to Sascha. The venue looked incredible and we honestly would love to do it all over again. The room size was so comfortable for all our guests and the food was better than we could have expected. All our guests said they were so full they barley touched the buffet ! We were so happy with this as we wanted our guests to be well fed. We can’t thank the staff enough they were all so kind, funny and professional. I would recommend this venue to anyone. The value for money it amazing too.

  The perfect day

  We had our wedding reception at Bicester hotel on the 18th September. The whole day was amazing. Sascha was brilliant, she made sure everything ran smoothly and she even managed to swap a few meals for some of our fussier guests (haha) at the last minute! A lot of our guest commented on how professional, friendly and helpful Sascha was. So massive thank you to you!!
  Also a massive thank you to Godfrey, again we had comments from our guests on how helpful we was too. Massive thanks to all the staff that worked so hard behind the scenes, deans chair covers for decorating the room so beautifully, the DJ for keeping all the guests on the dance floor all night! And to all the chefs, kitchen staff and bar staff that done an amazing job! We had the most perfect day and we couldn’t have wished for anything more! Thank you all so much!

  We had the most amazing wedding day here 3rd date lucky after postponing it twice. The staff were all fantastic and everything ran so smoothly on the day nothing was too much for any of them.   Amazing venue and staff

  We had both our ceremony and reception at Bicester Hotel Golf and Spa and everything was perfect. The venue and grounds are stunning which makes for lovely photographs, having the roof terrace for welcome drinks is definitely a highlight. All the staff were fantastic and so helpful, everything was so well organised and the day ran so smoothly. We had lots of contact with staff before the day and nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious, all of our guests commented on the amazing food and service. I could go on about how perfect everything was but overall I would definitely recommend the venue!

  Fantastic Venue

  Our day was not what we originally had planned as we got married 2 days before the covid restrictions were lifted! We did however have a mini reception at Bicester Golf Club on 17th July 2021 and the venue couldn’t so enough for us. They were so understanding with the situation that we were in and we couldn’t have asked for any more from them! They had recently gone through some staff changes which did worry us at first. However, Sascha did a fab job of making sure everything went so smoothly! We had Ryan behind the bar and he was great, we would definitely recommend requesting him, they could have done with 1 more person on the bar to help out.
  We are having our big wedding reception in 2022 at the golf club and can’t wait to come back to the golf club to celebrate again!! Thanks everyone for making our special day so great!! X
