Hello, I’m Claire, the Sales Manager at Llanerch Vineyard, and I joined the Llanerch family in 2020.
My career in hospitality began at just 16 years old, and over the past 27 years I’ve worked with Marriott, Holiday Inn, Forte, and Posthouse, gaining invaluable experience across a wide range of roles. I started in event operations, progressed into reception management, and later moved into sales and event planning, where I truly found my passion.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of planning and delivering countless weddings and events, as well as working closely with premium football teams, ensuring every detail was flawlessly executed. These experiences shaped my love for creating unforgettable moments and delivering exceptional service.
At Llanerch Vineyard, weddings and events are more than just my job, they are my passion. Working closely with our incredible operations team, we pride ourselves on turning our couples’ visions into reality. From the very first enquiry to the big day itself, our goal is always the same: to create a seamless, personal, and truly memorable experience.

Hello, I’m Caroline Wilcock, and I became part of the Llanerch Vineyard team in 2021.
With over 36 years in the hospitality industry, I’ve built my career working with Marriott alongside a number of other well-established hotel groups. My experience spans a broad range of roles, giving me a strong foundation in guest services, operations, and the delivery of high-quality events.
Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in the planning and delivery of weddings, celebrations, and large hospitality operations, always with a focus on consistency, attention to detail, and exceptional guest care. I take great pride in ensuring every event runs smoothly and that guests feel relaxed, welcomed, and well looked after.
What I love most about working at Llanerch Vineyard is the personal, family-run feel of the venue and the opportunity to work closely with couples to bring their plans together. Being part of a team that is genuinely passionate about what they do makes every event truly special.
