The hotel has three licensed suites for your ceremony. The Hampton Suite, our largest space, can accommodate up to 100 guests. The Shepperton Suite and the Old Windsor Room can both hold up to 40 guests for smaller, more intimate occasions.

Dear Sarah We had a lovely day thanks to you and your staff. Everything was perfect. The lunch in the Sunbury was lovely the room looked beautiful. The evening reception in the Hampton Suite was such a good night everyone enjoyed it and lots and lots of comments about the buffet. The waitress's and bar staff were lovely and so helpful. We hope we didn't make too much mess and work for anyone the following morning. Everything was so comfortable and the staff so very friendly that we are looking to book an event for Christmas. Thank you once again for making everything so stress free we are so very pleased that we choose The Holiday Inn as our venue. Danny and Pauline x

Hi Sarah, Sorry for the delay in getting this big thank you over to you and your team. I have been so over whelmed with everything even though we're a month on now.... It was exactly a year ago today I first contacted you to book our wedding reception I'm really gonna miss our emails and chats. However as I'm wedding planner myself it was really hard for me to let go and let someone else take care of my big day.... But we can not thank you all enough for all your hard work you put in to making our wedding reception so special everything you did for us was perfect... You had so much on that day with holding your New Year's Eve ball along with our wedding which If I was to be truthful I was a bit worried on how it was gonna go . With you having to run two big events.. but my god you did yourself and the hotel proud as everything was faultless. All my guest commented on the wonderful meal and overnight stay they had and I'm sure your see a few of us back soon. Please pass on a thank you to tom, Paul , Liam and harish who also did a wonderful job in accommodating us too. I will defiantly be recommending the holiday Inn and it's wonderful staff to anyone I know of that is looking for a great wedding venue because here surely is..... Many thanks Mr & Mrs Hutton xxx

What did you like about your stay? Sarah – conference. Amazing. Communication skills outstanding. Helpful, delightful, understanding. Couldn’t do anymore for us than she did. If I had to recommend a wedding planner to anybody it would be her. We love her attention to detail and being gay means we are even more picky. Sarah deserved recognition for her outstanding work at our wedding!! Thanks again Sarah you was wonderful!!

Good morning Sarah, Tom and team, I have to write and sing the praises of Tom and the staff who looked after us on Saturday 3rd June. They couldn't have been more helpful in every way. Tom was polite and accommodating to my guests even changing one dinner to a plate of chips ! He kept us informed every step of the way looked after the gifts making sure they were removed and locked in a near by room for our collection on Sunday. Will you please pass on our thanks to him once again and inform his superiors that he is very professional and a nice guy to boot. Thank you for the card it was great working with you to. Hi Sarah We have had the most amazing (and slightly serial) weekend and it's thanks to you and your teams organisation and hard work. So thank you so much! I'll be totally honest I'm a bit of a perfectionist and therefore usually find something to moan about but I can not fault a thing! It was all amazing. Chloe, Tom and Barbra where outstanding yesterday and made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was cooked to perfection and everyone commented on how lovely it was and how much there was. We were all spoiled. Barbra and Chloe also worked really hard on Friday getting the room together. I thought it looked absolutely stunning I couldn't of asked for it to look more beautiful. Everyone commented on how well the tables were laid and how pretty it was. And also there is a HUGE thank you to you too for all the hard work you have put in for the last 18 months or there about. You have answered all our stupid questions, been in contact with updates etc regularly and basically just organised the whole thing so without you this amazing weekend wouldn't of happened. So thank you again! I will be sifting through all the websites your hotel is on and writing reviews to say how great it was and how much I would recommend your hotel for a wedding, and I didn't think your hotel rooms were that bad! They were clean and we had a lovely view. I hope you have had a nice weekend and I will miss our emails! Take care Katie

We had our wedding reception here on Saturday just gone (20.05.2017). We had an amazing day thanks to all the hard work from the staff at this hotel. I can't not recommend this hotel enough for a wedding reception! There was so much food and it was all perfectly cooked. All our guests said how impressed they were with the staff and the way the room was set up food etc and I could tell there weren't just saying it. The events staff kept the whole thing running smoothly from booking to the special day and their attention to detail made everything that extra bit special. They also cater for every budget. BIG THUMBS UP.

Wedding 12/05/2017 Myself and my Hubby had the best day on our wedding day. The day went sooo smoothly and there wasn't even 1 hiccup. We had continuous communication with Sarah who really helped our day to be as special as it was on the day we had Chloe and Tom and it was a great comfort knowing we had them looking after us. There was a member of staff called Barbara and she was so good with the children there on the day. We still have people talking of our day how well it went. It went sooo quickly and we just relaxed the whole day and enjoyed every minute. The place was clean inviting and the day we were able to decorate it how we wanted to make it special to us. They listened to what we wanted and how we pictured things and they did just as we asked/expected x good value for money and overall superb day. Xx

We had our Wedding ceremony and reception here on the 24th March 2017, From the moment we booked our wedding back in September last year Sarah Varley the wedding coordinator went above and beyond what was expected to ensure every aspect of our day was catered for, arranging regular meetings and calling/ emailing weekly to make sure we were happy with everything. Sarah, Chloe, Alex and Barbara were on hand the day before to help set up all the function rooms and on the morning of my Wedding were on hand to keep me calm and even brought breakfast and champagne to my room, nothing was to much trouble. All of my guests that stayed commented on how lovely and clean the rooms were. The ceremony was perfect due to the organisation skills of the Holiday Inn staff. The wedding breakfast was served in quick and efficient way and all the guests said how nice it was. The evening buffet and bacon rolls at midnight were just as delicious. Alex even managed to arrange a photo booth when my now husband decided he wanted one a week before the wedding, which was brilliant. Whenever I turned around throughout the day & night Barbara and Chloe were on hand to make sure we had everything we needed. All my guests have said what a lovely day they had and how nice the venue was so a big Thankyou to all the Holiday Inn Shepperton staff for making our special day so amazing
