From the start of planning to the final day, our experience at Glen Clova Estate was everything we could have wished for and more!

Mhairi, Luke, Fiona and the rest of the team made us feel so welcome and no question or request ever felt like too much. They worked with us to help make our dream Wedding day come to life, taking care of all of the logistics in the background so that we only had to worry about showing up with our decorations! We couldn’t have asked for a more accommodating, supportive and all round incredible venue.

We were provided with lots of information and options on how our day would look, and Mhairi and the team kept in touch regularly and allowed us to visit as much as we wanted to chat and view the space with no pressure. The wedding package was perfect, and all of our guests have said nothing but positive things about the food, drinks, accommodation, staff, gorgeous barn space, breathtaking scenery and the homely, welcoming atmosphere of Glen Clova!

Our meal was absolutely delicious and we chose to do a family style “Sunday roast dinner” main course with a dessert table afterwards, which was such a hit and got all of our guests talking and meant we had more time for drinks and dancing! The team catered for our guests with allergies/dietary requirements with no fuss and we got to choose what drinks and wine we wanted served for our cocktail hour - we even got to have our own signature cocktails served at the bar!

Our day wouldn’t have ran as smoothly and we wouldn’t have been as calm and relaxed without the team at Glen Clova looking after our guests, keeping us on track and allowing us to make our day as unique and personal as we hoped for.

We can’t describe how grateful we are and there isn’t an aspect of our day we would change - from being brought breakfast from the hotel in the morning, to our intimate ceremony and big party at night, it was the most incredible day of our lives from start to finish. Getting married in the beautiful Scottish glens surrounded by our loved ones is truly a memory we will cherish forever, and we cannot recommend Glen Clova Estate any more if we tried.

We can’t wait to come back every year to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary in the most perfect place. Thank you again to the whole Glen Clova team!

It’s been 3 weeks now since our wedding day and I still can’t get over how magical it was. We couldn’t have chosen a more perfect place to get married than Glen Clova Hotel.

From the moment we first visited, we were blown away by the breathtaking scenery and stunning venue. The location really does provide the most natural backdrop that will make your day feel truly magical.

The team were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Mhairi, Fiona and Luke were fantastic - throughout the whole process they were professional, friendly and you could just feel the genuine love and passion they have for their job. Nothing was ever too much trouble and their organisation and attention to detail meant everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to completely relax and enjoy every moment.

The newly built barn and outside ceremony space provides such an elegant and relaxed setting, it was honestly more than I could have dreamed of. And the food…outstanding! Especially the mini fish and chips & sausage rolls, I lost count on how many I ate they were that good!!

This secret gem hidden in the hills offers a large range of accommodation on site which was a huge thumbs up for us, being able to have all our friends and family in the same location for not only the wedding day but the full week of the wedding has left us with memories we will cherish forever. The accommodation was fantastic and exactly what we needed. It was comfortable, well-kept, and provided a range of hotel rooms, lodges and cottages which were perfect for our family and friends to spend time together but also feel like they had their own space.

Glen Clova holds an incredibly special place in our hearts and my advice to you if you are
considering getting married here, don’t hesitate! Glen Clova Hotel is everything you could dream of and more.

We got married at Glen Clova Estate and I honestly cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment you arrive, the setting is spectacular - dramatic glen scenery, total privacy, and so many beautiful backdrops to choose from. We used the onsite Kirk for our ceremony and it was absolutely perfect, but there’s also gorgeous space for an outdoor ceremony or the barn if that suits your day better.
The biggest thing that set this venue apart for us was being able to have 90 of our 110 guests stay right there on site, with the rest staying locally nearby. It completely transformed the wedding into a mini holiday - everyone travelling from further afield got to properly relax, spend time together over the whole weekend, and there was such a lovely, easy atmosphere because nobody had to think about getting home or finding a taxi. It made the whole event feel so much more special and connected.
On top of all that, everything ran like clockwork - the whole weekend was seamless from start to finish, with not a single hitch anywhere along the way. From a brides perspective, it was amazing the amount the hotel just take care of - napkins, seats, stands for signs - even stopping the tractors so the bride can walk to the church!
The food was insane. We had a formal sit-down dinner on the wedding day and then a completely different vibe with an informal hog roast the following day - both were incredible and catered for everyone perfectly.
But honestly, the biggest star of the show was the staff. They are like built-in wedding planners - they think of ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING before you even have to ask. Nothing was too much trouble, every detail was anticipated, and it meant we could actually relax and enjoy our own wedding instead of worrying about logistics.
We are so, so grateful to the whole team at Glen Clova. It is the most beautiful, magical place and we’d recommend it to literally everyone getting married. Love love love this venue!!!

We cannot recommend Glen Clova Hotel highly enough!! From our very first conversation, the hotel team were absolutely fantastic. Their experience, calm professionalism and genuine warmth gave us complete confidence right from the start. They took the time to really listen to what kind of wedding we wanted and then delivered it perfectly.
The planning process was completely stress‑free and incredibly well organised. Everything ran so smoothly, and on the day itself we didn’t have to worry about a thing — the hotel staff took care of every detail seamlessly, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our day.
The location deserves a special mention. Set in the stunning Angus Glens, the surroundings are simply breath-taking. Having the beautiful, quaint village kirk right on the hotel’s doorstep for our ceremony was an added gem and made the whole experience even more special.
Thank you to the entire team, Mhairi, Luke and Fiona, for creating such an unforgettable day for us. Our wedding exceeded all expectations and we will treasure the memories forever.

We got married here at the end of March 2026. We booked up a couple of years ago before the barn based on CGI images and plans, however the final product was better than either of us would have ever expected. It's the perfect venue and setting, and so many good opportunities for photos nearby. The Glen Clova wedding planning team were so helpful from when we first reserved the date, straight through to the wedding day and beyond and were always available to provide answers and assistance. Would definitely recommend this as a wedding venue to anyone.

Words can’t say how grateful we are to Mhairi, Luke and the team at Glen Clova for the incredible wedding experience they provided us.

On our initial meeting, we had explained that Glen Clova was an extremely important place for our family, that we had a lot of people to invite and were on a very specific budget. Mhairi went out of her way to ensure our needs would be met within our budget. Her knowledge of weddings is so impressive and she knew exactly what we would need at every part of the day.

Our guests took over the hotel and lodges for 4 days and they could not have done more to bend over backwards to accommodate everyone’s needs.

On the day of the wedding our content creator cancelled which was devastating. Within an hour they had offered us support in the form of their marketing student, Abbie, who came right over to take videos and photos for us.

Luke was with us every step of the way too - making sure the wedding party was well fed, the venue was running smoothly and even our extras like our photobooth was working properly. But above and beyond that, he also took footage for us of each part of the day, including our ceremony. He ensured we didn’t miss out on our special moments. And was there the next morning with a smile to show me footage he’d edited together for us. I don’t know when that man sleeps! Luke, you are an ANGEL!

We chose a bbq for food at the wedding. The food was absolutely delicious - we are still talking about that potato salad!

They also allowed us to do it again the next day. When there was a small blip with a room for a meal, they made sure to provide us with an alternative to accommodate our guests for a hot buffet to clear our hangovers and let us bring our own board games and silent disco to use with the kids.

Again, the staff worked so hard to make our day special and one guest even said “those staff have not stopped all day. They were amazing.”

I was made to feel special and at home from the moment I arrived. I genuinely could not have asked for any more from the lovely staff.

On top of that the lodges and cottages were stunning - with lots of lovely extras like Prosecco and slippers. The hot tubs were an absolute hit. Having a prosecco in the tub while looking at that scenery was the most relaxed I’d been in the year of wedding planning!

This is a long review but one that is well worth it. If you are considering having your wedding here, I would sincerely encourage you to come and have a look. You’ll get a holiday, a wedding and lifelong memories with your friends and family - no matter how big or small your wedding is.

We got married at Glen Clova hotel in December and it was the most perfect location. Better than we could have imagined. The barn was stunning. The views were breathtaking. Fantastic value for money in comparison to other barn locations. Staff were so attentive especially being a family with lots of children. The food was amazing. We stayed in the manse house which was just so perfect for our large family. I could go on and on and on. A day we will cherish forever. Thankyou Glen Clova for everything. 10/10 would recommend ⭐️

The staff from behind the bar, service and managing were all lovely and looked after us so well. So well in fact that the timings and all operational elements from the hotel staff were flawless. The assistance up to the big day was warm and professional even when we were making last minute changes and adjustments to rooming lists, meals etc. This was reflected to even the day after where we had help to tidy up and was greatly appreciated. The obviously home made food was delicious.
We couldn't have picked a better place to have our weekend and we received lots of comments on how beautiful the hotel was from guests.
They made all our wildest ideas come true despite the weather! Having freedom to choose each element of our day really cemented that we'd made the right choice in our venue. the big and little kids were able to toast marshmallows despite the weather. the sheep that made it into our wedding photographs were the cherry on the cake as they added to the picturesque backdrop of the glen.
It really was incredible we would recommend to anyone considering a wedding here.

This venue was perfect in every single way. The location is out of the world.
The team are the kindest, most helpful and welcoming people. The communication was always so quick, and nothing was ever an issue for them to deal with.
The food over the whole weekend was gorgeous, we chose to host a meal on the Friday as well as our Saturday wedding which again went without a flaw due to the amazing staff.
Our friends and family loved their weekend and had so many positive comments about the accommodation.
