It was wonderful- the staff at Future Inn all really looked after us and our family were super impressed with the hotel, breakfast and service from the staff. They said that everyone they came across was warm and helpful.

We're glad that we chose the future inn as our venue especially being nervous people you really made us all feel at ease and nothing was too much for any of you.

The rooms were the perfect size and the ceremony room was lovely.

Some family stayed another night because they liked the hotel that much.

Everyone also liked the buffet- I did manage to eat a couple of things but the nerves had the best of me. The pulled pork was a hit aswell as mozzarella dippers which were noted by the family.

We also appreciated the room upgrade too- thank you so much for that.

The only issue was the lifts were out of order but these things do happen.

We did our wedding on a budget and even though it was super cost effective I didn't feel like the quality of the wedding suffered because of this at all! It was a bargain and if you have a small budget I would definitely recommend the future inn over a registry office because they have a marriage license so we were able to actually get married in the hotel without dragging our families to another venue for some food. We only wanted an evening of it so we had the Angelsea and then a bigger function room for the food and drinks. ( we did only have about 23 guests and then us, so a total of 25 people) the venue supplied table and chairs covers so we just needed to get decorated. It's also well to note we only booked the venue at the beginning of July for the end of August so they were really flexible for dates. They are also super transparent with costs, there were no hidden costs at all.

But overall it was amazing and we wouldn't have changed a thing and we are really glad that we chose the future inn as our place to get married! Thank you Emily who co ordinated the whole evening for us and left us in the very capable bands of the event handlers🥹

Our experience at Future Inns was exceptional from start to finish.
Martin and his team went above and beyond in making our day special. From the very first meeting to leaving the day after our wedding.
We chose Future Inns because of the flexibility in the number of guests we could book. We only wanted a small day celebration with a larger evening party. There were no minimum guests or special requirements, anything we requested was supported.
The team set up all of my handmade decorations beautifully and I felt so relaxed.
On the day us and our guests were treated like royalty and every single thing went to time and plan.

Amazing wedding!
We were so happy to choose Future Inn Cardiff Bay Hotel as a venue for our Special Day.
From the first day when we met Event Co-Ordinator Adam and planed our ceremony with him till 4th May (our wedding day) we knew we were in the good hands and everything was fabulous.
A big thank you to all the hotel team for providing outstanding service, being with us and our guests, accommodating, helping, cooking, cleaning and so on. There were numerous positive comments made by our guests on waiting staff for being so professional, polite, patient and caring.
Thanks to your chef and kitchen staff who cooked delicious food for us. Everyone was really impressed with amazing wedding breakfast.
The rooms were so big and sparkling clean. There were a beautiful selection of sweets and a bottle of Prosecco in our room.
We really have had just positive comments from all our guests on food, decorations, lay out, music, facilities and location of the hotel.
We would highly recommend Future Inn Cardiff to everyone for wedding ceremonies.

Cannot thank Martin and his team enough for the day they put on over the Christmas period. Nothing was too much for the team and Martin was a god send. He showed absolute patience, takes pride in his work and was a complete professional and perfectionist, we would also like to highlight the outstanding service of his evening manager and serving team. The food was great and the venue is extremely child friendly. We had autistic children with sensory needs attending the wedding and the team set up multiple quiet rooms to accommodate their needs. Thank you team.

From the 1st meeting until my wedding day, I received a fantastic support and help. Martin is such a wonderful helpful and understanding person, who is sorted everything what we asked.
