Ci siamo sposati a Settembre scorso e abbiamo scelto Castello Bevilacqua come location per il nostro matrimonio: una scelta che rifaremmo altre mille volte.
Il nostro era un matrimonio metà italiano e metà inglese, quindi per noi era fondamentale trovare una location e soprattutto delle persone che ci facessero sentire compresi e seguiti in entrambe le lingue. Fin dal primo incontro, Castello Bevilacqua ci ha dato esattamente questa sicurezza: Andrea è stato in grado di comunicare perfettamente con me in italiano e con mio marito in inglese, facendoci sentire entrambi tranquilli e seguiti in ogni momento.
La location è semplicemente mozzafiato. Il castello è stupendo, dentro e fuori, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Gli spazi esterni sono magnifici e tenuti in modo impeccabile; gli alberi e i giardini vengono trattati in estate contro le zanzare, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. All’interno tutto era pulitissimo, elegante e perfettamente organizzato. È davvero una location da sogno.
Ma ciò che ci ha fatto scegliere Castello Bevilacqua, oltre alla bellezza del luogo, è stato il servizio straordinario. Andrea e la sua famiglia sono stati semplicemente eccezionali. Andrea ha il miglior customer service che abbiamo mai incontrato: disponibile, professionale, gentile e sempre presente. Questo non lo abbiamo notato solo noi, ma anche tutti i nostri ospiti il giorno del matrimonio.
Il percorso è iniziato circa 10 mesi prima del grande giorno e per tutto questo tempo Andrea è stato impeccabile: comunicazione 10/10, disponibilità 10/10, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre mille domande. Anche nei periodi di alta stagione, rispondeva ai messaggi la sera, facendoci sentire sempre supportati. Inoltre, i pacchetti offerti erano molto più competitivi rispetto ad altre location che avevamo visitato nel Nord-Est Italia.
Il giorno del matrimonio è stato tutto perfetto. Andrea è stato presente dalla mattina fino a sera, così come la sua famiglia, sempre pronti ad aiutarci in ogni esigenza. Tutto lo staff è stato estremamente professionale, cosa fondamentale avendo molti ospiti stranieri, e hanno saputo regalare ai nostri invitati il vero “sogno italiano”.
Il cibo è stato incredibile. Davvero eccezionale. Come sposi, il nostro unico rimpianto è non essere riusciti a mangiare quanto avremmo voluto, ma tutti gli ospiti hanno fatto il bis e hanno continuato a parlare del cibo per mesi dopo il matrimonio. Ha superato le aspettative sia degli ospiti inglesi che di quelli italiani.
Vino e bevande non sono mai mancati, il servizio cocktail serale è stato fantastico: cocktail buonissimi, preparati al momento da un barman molto bravo e disponibile. Anche il coordinamento con tutti i fornitori (DJ, musica, ecc.) è stato gestito in modo impeccabile.
In generale, tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto. Castello Bevilacqua non è solo una location meravigliosa, ma un luogo dove ci si sente accolti, seguiti e coccolati. Lo consigliamo con tutto il cuore a chiunque sogni un matrimonio indimenticabile.

It felt like we were living in the Renaissance era, surrounded by beauty at every turn. ✨ Our guests were absolutely mesmerized by the entire venue and the day was truly unforgettable for all of us. 😻 The service was impeccable, communication was clear and they made sure our opinions were respected.

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the very beginning, our first video call, to our first meeting, the food tasting, and finally the big day itself. Andrea and his family went above and beyond to make our special day unforgettable. The staff were incredible each and every one of them was so friendly and welcoming. We just had our wedding weekend at Castello Bevilacqua, and it was truly exceptional. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and our friends and family are still raving about the entire experience. It was an absolute dream come true.

From the moment we began planning, Andrea—our wedding coordinator and a member of the family who owns the castle—was simply incredible. As English speakers living in Canada, we were understandably nervous about planning a destination wedding in Italy. But Andrea put us at ease right away. He was kind, genuine, and consistently attentive, patiently answering all of our questions and making us feel completely reassured in our decision.
He never once made us feel like we were being sold anything. Every cost was explained clearly, there were no hidden fees, and the value we received was truly outstanding. Andrea clearly cares deeply about every couple who walks through the castle doors, and that sincerity shines through in everything he does.

When we arrived in Italy and saw Castello Bevilacqua in person for the first time, we were completely blown away. The photos don’t do it justice. The castle is breathtaking—truly something out of a fairytale. It’s rich in history, beautifully maintained, and filled with stunning antiques and architectural details that add so much character. At night, with the lights hanging across the courtyard, it became something straight out of a dream.

We also stayed overnight at the castle, and the rooms were absolutely spectacular. Each one was unique and full of character—like stepping into a piece of living history. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was grand and luxurious, and every detail felt intentional and elegant. It truly felt like sleeping in a museum—but with every comfort you could ask for. Our guests were equally amazed by the rooms, and many said it was the most beautiful and memorable place they had ever stayed.

The food was another unforgettable highlight. Our guests are still raving about the appetizers, which were both creative and delicious, and the four-course meal that followed was absolutely phenomenal. Every single dish was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, and served with care. The dessert was equally impressive—people are still telling us how flavourful and delicious the cakes were! From start to finish, the culinary experience was a 10/10.

Beyond the setting and the food, it’s the overall experience that made our wedding so special. Andrea and the entire team at Castello Bevilacqua made us feel like family. There was a real sense of hospitality, warmth, and pride in everything they did. Every little detail was thoughtfully handled, and we felt so taken care of the entire weekend.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Bevilacqua and can wholeheartedly recommend it as a wedding venue — it truly was the wedding of our dreams!

Planning a destination wedding from abroad can be stressful, but thanks to Andrea, everything went incredibly smoothly. From the very beginning, he was super responsive, kind, and incredibly helpful with every detail. He supported us through the entire planning and organization process, helping us structure the events, suggesting the perfect spots for the ceremony and reception, and giving us a list of trusted vendors to choose from. We communicated directly with the vendors, handled contracts and payments ourselves, and once everything was booked, Andrea stepped in and coordinated all the logistics with them — such as where to set up the flowers, the DJ, and more — so we didn’t have to worry about those details on the day.

One of the things we especially appreciated was how flexible and customizable everything was. Beyond the base package, Bevilacqua offers a range of beautiful add-ons like extra lighting, a photo booth, fireworks, and more — which really allowed us to tailor the experience to our personal style.

We also had the chance to do a food and wine tasting in advance, and were very impressed — the quality and service were outstanding. We decided to add an open bar cocktail service as well, and it was such a charming touch: a little bar cart with a mixologist making custom cocktails in real time. Our guests loved it!

All in all, we can’t recommend Bevilacqua enough — and most of all, we are deeply grateful to Andrea. He’s not only professional and detail-oriented, but also such a warm and open-hearted person who genuinely cares about making your wedding a true success.

To say our guests were satisfied would be an understatement — we received countless compliments on every course.
As for us, we truly fell in love with the menu and can’t wait to return to the castle’s restaurant to taste more extraordinary dishes.
