Andrea is extremely professional and accommodating. He offered flexibility in every situation. Knowing that we could trust him every step of the way was such an important thing for us when we first started planning our wedding. Organizing a wedding is stressful—it certainly was for us. Andrea kept a cool head through it all and was always responsive, regardless of the time of day. We were most impressed by how calmly, organized, and smoothly he managed everything on the ground on the wedding day. We truly couldn’t have found a better match.

Regarding the venue itself, we can’t stress enough that it is even more magnificent in real life than the pictures suggest. Everything is simply perfect and fairytale-like. We were stunned by how beautifully everything was arranged on the day.

The best thing about the castle is that it allows you to adapt to any weather conditions. Our wedding took place in the middle of a heatwave. We could cleverly use the interiors of the castle for welcome drinks, the comforting shade of the trees outside for the ceremony, and then the courtyard for the aperitivo, before moving to the upper garden for dinner once the heat of the day had dissipated.

The castle itself is located approximately 45–50 minutes by car or train from Verona (a little longer from Venice) and lies just a three-minute walk from the train station.

The food was excellent and of high quality throughout. We had the opportunity to taste and curate our personal menu beforehand. Everything was locally sourced, fresh, and delicious. The service was excellent, to the point where even our non-English- or non-Italian-speaking guests felt that none of their wishes went unfulfilled. Our favorite course was the traditional millefoglie wedding cake with wild berries—an absolute highlight for our guests as well.

We will forever look back on our big day with immense happiness, knowing that it simply wouldn’t have been the same anywhere else.

We got married in this beautiful venue as we fell in love with it straight away. One of the other deciding factors was how welcoming Andrea was, the venue coordinator for our wedding. He was approachable and excited about his family castle and made us feel like we could trust him on our big day. We were able to communicate via WhatsApp and on calls and we met a few times when we visited the castle in person. We had a mixed wedding, with both Italian guests and foreigners and Andrea was able to communicate with both. The food was amazing and many of our guests complimented us. One of the highlights of our wedding was the fireworks, which were coordinated by the venue and were beyond our expectations. There are also a lot of different options whether you want to get married indoors or outside and Andrea helped us coordinate and gave us advice throughout the process. If you are looking for a fairytale wedding, with a coordinator that is approachable, friendly and professional, then we definitely recommend Castello Bevilacqua. We had the best day! It wasn’t just the beauty of the castle that captured my attention - it was the exceptional level of service from Andrea. From the very beginning, he was transparent, clear, and genuinely authentic. His straightforward approach gave me a sense of trust and ease, which is invaluable when planning a destination wedding. He worked around my budget to make sure I had the wedding of my dreams. Throughout the entire process, he remained consistent, responsive, and attentive to every question and concern I had. This reassured me time and time again that I had made the right choice.

On the wedding day, Andrea and everyone at the castle went above and beyond in ways I hadn’t even thought of. One of the most incredible aspects of this venue is the versatility it offers. You have multiple stunning locations throughout the castle to host your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception (you can use a different location for each). Even more reassuring was having planned indoor options in case of bad weather. Andrea thoughtfully walked me through both indoor and outdoor setups months in advance, so I could clearly envision how everything would look no matter the weather.

As for the wedding day? There are truly no words to describe how magical it felt - for me, my husband, and our guests. To this day, people continue to tell us how extraordinary the castle looks in our photographs. If you’re looking for a venue that is affordable and delivers a stress-free experience and timeless, classic imagery, this is it!!! Whether captured on an iPhone or by a professional photographer, every photo taken here is simply stunning.

Since the day we arrived, everyone at the castle was really nice and welcoming. I’ve stayed in many beautiful places but this one stands apart in every way. Our wedding at Castello Bevilacqua was something out of a fairytale. From the very beginning, Andrea was responsive and helpful in helping us navigate planning a destination wedding. He was flexible with our requests and also helped us find other wonderful vendors in the area! The food was divine, some of our guests even said it was the best food they had their entire trip to Italy. We also had them do the florals for the event, and they were gorgeous. Our wedding was perfect and Andrea and the entire staff were warm and kind to us and our guests. We would not have changed a thing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I could go on forever about how AMAZING our wedding was at the most gorgeous venue! This castle is the perfect fairy tale venue and offers an elevated/classy wedding experience at an extremely reasonable rate. The food was INCREDIBLE and my guests have been reaching out to me to send the pictures of the wines that were served. My now husband and I could not be happier with the results. We live in the United States and Andrea was the most flexible, responsive, and thorough human I’ve ever met! He made sure all of our wants and wishes happened which included finding a mariachi for us in Italy!!!!! I did not need to stress at ALL during my wedding or wedding planning as Andrea had recommendations for vendor's that catered to different types of desires styles, which is the hardest part of planning a wedding abroad alone. We chose to stay at the castle with our guests for 4 days and 3 nights where they put together a gorgeous pizza party, breakfasts every morning, rehearsal dinner, cocktail party, and of course the wedding for my guests. For the wedding, the weather was a bit chilly at night, and Andrea offered to have the staff arrange to hold the wedding reception at 3 different locations within the castle to accommodate my desire to do the wedding at the garden but move indoors for the cake eating and dancing. They put so much work and professionalism into my wedding that I could honestly not be more thankful. My husband and I have cried thinking about how I truly had the most gorgeous, stress free day thanks to the staff that made it happen. We are so grateful and would do everything exactly the same if we had an option. All my guests have expressed how perfect the wedding and venue were and there was not a dry eye that day!

Il nostro era un matrimonio metà italiano e metà inglese, quindi per noi era fondamentale trovare una location e soprattutto delle persone che ci facessero sentire compresi e seguiti in entrambe le lingue. Fin dal primo incontro, Castello Bevilacqua ci ha dato esattamente questa sicurezza: Andrea è stato in grado di comunicare perfettamente con me in italiano e con mio marito in inglese, facendoci sentire entrambi tranquilli e seguiti in ogni momento.
La location è semplicemente mozzafiato. Il castello è stupendo, dentro e fuori, curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. Gli spazi esterni sono magnifici e tenuti in modo impeccabile; gli alberi e i giardini vengono trattati in estate contro le zanzare, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. All’interno tutto era pulitissimo, elegante e perfettamente organizzato. È davvero una location da sogno.
Ma ciò che ci ha fatto scegliere Castello Bevilacqua, oltre alla bellezza del luogo, è stato il servizio straordinario. Andrea e la sua famiglia sono stati semplicemente eccezionali. Andrea ha il miglior customer service che abbiamo mai incontrato: disponibile, professionale, gentile e sempre presente. Questo non lo abbiamo notato solo noi, ma anche tutti i nostri ospiti il giorno del matrimonio.
Il percorso è iniziato circa 10 mesi prima del grande giorno e per tutto questo tempo Andrea è stato impeccabile: comunicazione 10/10, disponibilità 10/10, sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre mille domande. Anche nei periodi di alta stagione, rispondeva ai messaggi la sera, facendoci sentire sempre supportati. Inoltre, i pacchetti offerti erano molto più competitivi rispetto ad altre location che avevamo visitato nel Nord-Est Italia.
Il giorno del matrimonio è stato tutto perfetto. Andrea è stato presente dalla mattina fino a sera, così come la sua famiglia, sempre pronti ad aiutarci in ogni esigenza. Tutto lo staff è stato estremamente professionale, cosa fondamentale avendo molti ospiti stranieri, e hanno saputo regalare ai nostri invitati il vero “sogno italiano”.
Il cibo è stato incredibile. Davvero eccezionale. Come sposi, il nostro unico rimpianto è non essere riusciti a mangiare quanto avremmo voluto, ma tutti gli ospiti hanno fatto il bis e hanno continuato a parlare del cibo per mesi dopo il matrimonio. Ha superato le aspettative sia degli ospiti inglesi che di quelli italiani.
Vino e bevande non sono mai mancati, il servizio cocktail serale è stato fantastico: cocktail buonissimi, preparati al momento da un barman molto bravo e disponibile. Anche il coordinamento con tutti i fornitori (DJ, musica, ecc.) è stato gestito in modo impeccabile.
In generale, tutto è stato semplicemente perfetto. Castello Bevilacqua non è solo una location meravigliosa, ma un luogo dove ci si sente accolti, seguiti e coccolati. Lo consigliamo con tutto il cuore a chiunque sogni un matrimonio indimenticabile.
