My background is in hospitality and communication, and my role naturally sits at the intersection of wine, cuisine and luxury hospitality. I work closely with the different departments of the estate to maintain coherence and quality at every stage of the guest journey, from the first contact to departure, always with a strong focus on details and authenticity.

Being part of Capanna means working in close connection with the territory of Montalcino and its history. I believe that hospitality should feel genuine and balanced, capable of combining tradition and a contemporary approach, elegance and simplicity, care for the guest and respect for the land.

Alex is our Junior Event Manager at Capanna Suites and has been part of the team for two years. With a calm, precise and highly attentive approach, Alex supports couples throughout the entire planning process, from the first conversation to the final moments of their celebration.

Filippo Santiccioli is the Front Office Manager at Capanna Suites, where he ensures that every guest is welcomed with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail. With a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, he coordinates the reception team to provide seamless check-ins, personalized assistance, and smooth day-to-day operations.
