Looking for a fun, relaxed, and totally unique place to tie the knot? Welcome to Bennetts Willow Barn – a rustic, family-run venue just outside Worcester that’s all about good vibes, great food, and unforgettable celebrations. Whether you’re dreaming of a barefoot festival wedding, a cosy winter do, or a weekend-long countryside party, our farm is the perfect spot to make it happen.

Set on our working dairy farm, Bennetts Willow Barn is bursting with rustic charm and relaxed country style.
Say your “I do’s” under the open sky or in one of our beautiful nooks – then feast and party the night away in our yurt marquee (April–October) or our cosy barn, which twinkles with fairy lights all year round.

Outside, you’ll find our garden games, festoon lights, a fire pit, and even space for a bouncy castle or rodeo bull if that’s your vibe! Dogs & kids are more than welcome, and we’ll even hand you the marshmallows for toasting as the sun goes down.

Incredible Venie

Bennetts Willow Barn is an incredible venue if you're looking for a more rustic style. They are very open and flexible to how you want your day to be, and offer a variety of packages to achieve it without breaking the bank. Charlotte was not only professional and clearly fantastic at her job, but also lovely to work with and communicative. It made planning the wedding actually fun instead of stressful.

You have to book

Let’s cut to the chase: you’re looking for a laidback festival style venue. You need not look any further! My husband and I got married here 3 weeks ago and from start to finish our time there has been absolutely perfect! Charlotte is an incredible coordinator which made our wedding planning stress free. She guided us step by step and made sure our wedding was personalised to make it right for us. The whole team there are superb and they have bent their backs and somersaulted to make sure we’re happy with our big day. There are 3 parts to the venue - the stunning reception, the gorgeous festival style yurt (no need to buy bunting!) and a picturesque outdoor space with a tree swing, fire pit and festoon lit pergola. I mean what more could you want!!

I seriously can’t tell you enough how amazing this place is, get yourself booked in and see it for yourself!

Just perfect!!!

The most magical day in the most magical setting!
From start to finish nothing was too much for Charlotte, Stef and the rest of team.
A massive thank you to Charlotte who just went above and beyond for us from wedding meetings prior to the wedding and on the day making sure everything was in line.
The venue itself was everything we wanted and more. It truly is a hidden gem. The food was just top notch and everyone thoroughly enjoyed it! We had a few different allergies and they catered brilliantly for it!
Everyone still talks about how amazing the day was, especially the venue and team. The best part is there is a cafe on site and regular themed activities meaning we can go back and enjoy the venue all over again.
If you’re thinking about getting married at Bennett’s willow barn do it because you won’t regret it!

Above and beyond

The staff at Bennett’s were fantastic on our wedding day. We chose to do most things in-house and Lucy was so great as a coordinator - all the way from the initial booking to being there on the day to ease our nerves! Communication was great from the team and we were always assured we were in safe hands. The venue was so beautiful for our Spring 2024 wedding and we couldn’t have asked for more. We still have people comment now on how great a day it was and this is down to the care and dedication BWB put into every wedding. You’re not just a number here, like at a lot of venues. We love going back to Bennett’s to support this family business and wish it every success in the future.

The best day of our lives

We got married at Bennetts Willow Barn in July 2024 and whenever we think back to it, we can't help but smile because it really was perfect and everything we had hoped for. That is all down to the amazing wedding/events team that is based there. So helpful and reassuring to have a wedding coordinator to help plan it all and be there all day and night to ensure it goes smoothly. The amount of effort and hard work that they put in, is so impressive. We had so many comments from our guests about how much they loved the venue. The food was delicious and all catered for by bennetts. We love that the venue is local to us so that we can go back and visit regularly which we have done a few times already! I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone.

Wedding at Bennetts Willow Barn

Lucy and team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Venue was excellently presented, communication was outstanding and so many of our guests complimented the standard of the venue and it added so much to our wedding day that we didn't even know was possible. Specific shout out to our wedding co-ordinator Lucy, her enthusiasm was incredible and thank you to everyone at Bennetts Willow Barn!!
