Joe, an Ace Master of Ceremony

Joe anchored my 60th birthday with ease, ensuring that everyone present feels welcomed. He speaks fluently and cracks joked at intervals without boring anyone. He liases with me to understand the programme of the event and ensuring that each part of the event is well participated by the Celebrant and the guests. The event went smoothly, thanks to his people-skill and time management👍.

Excellent and fantastic quality service

Joe was quite contextual in MCing our event. He made preliminary research to understand the protocols for handling our special guests such as mayors, councilors, and other distinguished invitees at the event. This made him to have a good flow through MCing the event. He was jovial, purposeful, and sociable in conducting the programme of the event. His communication was great and configured to the diversity of the audience. I, as the President of the Esan Community of Manchester, have no hesitation recommending him to any organisation for MC work and to MC our future events.

Amazing toastmaster

We contacted Joe after reading reviews on Hitched. We needed someone to be able to cater to both sides/families (Nigerian and English). He was very responsive and we made a plan to meet virtually. After that, Joe came to meet with us and our wedding planner to run through our day and his input was very much appreciated. He sent is a form to get details of everyone involved in the wedding including all the vendors. A week before the wedding, he sent us a timeline/summary of the reception and party and we were able to make last minutes changes. On the wedding day, he was absolutely amazing. Our guests keep commenting on how good he was. He went above and beyond and kept coming to check/confirm things that came up on the wedding. At the party, he engaged the guest with a wedding game. Overall, we cannot recommend him enough. You will not regret it.

Joe was great at my son's recent 16th birthday. He coordinated the flow of events, kept the energy level up throughout, and the kids had loads of fun.

Joe is a fantastic MC

It was so delightful to work alongside Joe. I was the DJ at a wedding we worked together on. Joe is a fantastic MC. The couple asked me to help look for an MC. I went online and found Joe. I contacted him and agreed to introduce him to the couple. I must say he did a fantastic job. He is a complete professional and kept everyone entertained during the day. We have become friends and look forward to more opportunities of working together.

Absolutely phenomenal!!!!!

Joe was absolutely fantastic as our MC and reception coordinator at our August ‘22 wedding.
From the very beginning, Joe was very responsive and influential. He understood exactly what we needed and wanted even before we did. Joe was proactive and supportive, he put out fires and made sure the wedding ran as smoothly as possible.

He was extremely funny, personable and made sure all the guests were involved. He definitely understood the assignment :) Joe was truly a blessing and our day would not have been as well organised and executed without him. We couldn’t have been happier and we’re glad to recommend Joe for any event.

Perfect person for our fusion wedding

The service that we received from Joe with our wedding was perfect from start to finish. We had a British Nigerian fusion wedding as I (the bride) am British and my husband is British Nigerian. Joe had a very good understanding of the two cultures and traditions and helped us plan how to make the day incorporate both. He provided great advice and guidance but always respected the choices we made. Joe met us both at the venue a few weeks before the big day so we could meet face to face beforehand which was a lovely touch.

On the wedding day itself Joe went above and beyond to problem solve and make sure everything ran smoothly. We can’t thank him enough. He has a keen eye for detail and making sure each guest is comfortable. Joe is a great hype man and he did an especially good job with the Mr and Mrs game.

Joe clearly has a passion for his work that shines through. My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Joe whatever the occasion, you will not be disappointed!
