When you're wedding planning on top of the stress of everyday life, it can be even harder to slow down, breathe, and truly listen to ourselves. A House of Butterfly Sound Bath offers a sanctuary of deep rest, where sound and stillness combine to soothe the nervous system, promote healing, and foster connection between the people you care about.
