Hi, I'm Cathy, owner of Cathy Slater Live Wedding Painting, an artistic wedding business based in London, painting in the UK and internationally, here to capture your big day on canvas.

Live painting brings a truly unique experience to your celebration, allowing your guests to watch your love story come to life in real-time.

Not only will you have a wonderful keepsake that embodies the unique and beautiful nature of your love story. You will have the shared memories of its creation with those you love most. We will work together to make sure your day is as special as possible.

How Does It Work?

1. I'll send you a questionnaire to learn more about your wedding. We'll then schedule a phone call to discuss the event and your vision for the painting.
2. I'll arrive 1-2 hours before the event starts to begin setting up. Either working independently or alongside your photographer, the chosen moment will be captured. Once the reference photos have been taken, I'll start painting.
3. I'll paint throughout the night in front of guests for between 6-10 hours, with your painting being presented to you in the grand reveal at the end of the night.
4. Final touches will be finished later on in the studio. A photo of the refined painting will be sent via email for final approval. It will then be shipped to it's forever home up to 3 weeks after the wedding.
