Nicole came on board just one week before our wedding, and somehow managed to step into what could have been an incredibly stressful situation and turn it into the calmest, most seamless experience we could have hoped for. In such a short space of time, she arranged two detailed meetings with us so she could fully understand our vision for the day, how we wanted everything to look and feel, and any concerns we had. Despite the time pressure, she made us feel completely heard, supported and reassured from the very start.

On the day itself, Nicole was nothing short of amazing. She coordinated all of our suppliers, managed the venue (who were, at times, very hard work), made sure everyone was where they needed to be, and handled countless behind-the-scenes details that we probably don’t even know about. Because of her, everything ran so smoothly and we were able to relax and genuinely enjoy every moment.

What truly sets Nicole apart is her presence. She is such a calming, steady influence. She made everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Not just us as the bride and groom, but our families and bridal party too. Knowing she was there meant we didn’t have to worry about a single thing.

A very special mention has to go to her quick thinking when the venue heating broke on our (freezing!) January 3rd wedding day. It was so, so cold and without hesitation, Nicole went out and bought heaters to make sure our guests were comfortable. It was such an above-and-beyond moment, and a perfect example of her dedication, resourcefulness, and commitment to making sure everything was perfect.

Where do I even begin? From the very first moment we spoke she was nothing but incredible. She’s kind, patient and so genuinely helpful. No question was ever too small, no detail too much trouble. She just got it.

But it was on the day itself Nicole truly shone. She was incredible, making sure everything ran smoothly, handling things quietly in the background before I even realised they needed handling. It felt like having another bridesmaid there, or honestly, a close friend who just happened to know exactly how to run a wedding like a total pro. She brought a lovely, calming energy to the day, and I am so grateful for her being there.

The Wedding Hand Nicole is the person that made everything happen when and how we wanted it, and she is single-handedly responsible for letting us enjoy our wedding day completely stress free. Thanks to her, we were able to soak in every moment. I felt as though I was being gently ushered through my day, with all the right professionals in the right place at the right time with the right guidance. I didn’t have to waste a cent of mental energy worrying who, what, when, and where.

We had several sessions to talk through our plans and Nicole was quick to pickup on any pinch points. She helped talk us through options if things ran over, giving us choices of how to shuffle things. She helped us prioritize what mattered most to us and made sure they happened seamlessly.

Throughout the day, she would come check in with me, but she operated mostly in the background, where I could see her flitting about, working with everyone on my behalf. She quickly identified I was missing one of my wedding ceremony readings and had it printed for me that morning. She also helped coordinate among several vendors (DJ, band, town hall and a game show company) to make sure the audio/visual requirements and logistics were sorted well in advance. She thought through all the issues that we could not foresee and had a contingency plan for every scenario.

She has a wonderful eye for seeing the big picture and turning our vision into a reality. I really enjoyed working with her and highly recommend her services to anyone looking for someone highly organized, thoughtful, and passionate about helping couples have the best worry-free wedding day imaginable. Nicole’s wedding coordination was a god send. It was a perfect antidote to pre-wedding chaos, as it pulled all our planning together whilst enabling us to keep control and focus on enjoying the process. On the day, Nicole worked her magic behind the scenes and it’s hard to imagine being without her; simple things like requests for adjusting music, changing timings and other requests became really easy.

Nicole was amazing from booking to the day of our wedding.

With planning the wedding, things got complex and stressful and it was clear we needed extra help. Nicole was a great asset to have.

I put my details out and Nicole got in contacted with me. She chatted through what we was needing from a wedding coordinator.

She gave a direct quote that was very reasonable and detailed what was included.

Running up to the wedding Nicole booked in regular meeting to chat through how things were going. How we was doing and making sure we were not overwhelmed.

We met at the venue and I was able to talk through what needed to happen. when we were stuck with ideas she was able to offer great suggestions. She took detailed notes, typed them up and double checked she had everything detailed correctly.

On the day of our wedding Nicole turned up when she said she would and she took full control of everything. This allowed us to enjoy the day.

Nicole had everything ready for when we turned up. She Greeted our guest with welcome drinks and directed them. She made sure food was put out at agreed times and made sure things were kept tidy.

We had a lot of entertainment booked through out the day and evening. Nicole made sure she stayed in constant contact with them throughout the day. She made sure they were well looked after and made sure they knew when and where they needed to be.

Nicole was kind, supportive and knowledgeable in the run up to the wedding, she took away a lot of the things we were stressed about.

On the day, Nicole was so helpful. We didn’t have to worry about anything, she sorted things out when they didn’t go to plan and suppliers were running late. She kept us calm and allowed us to have the best day possible!

Well what can I say !… what an absolute amazing service.

By the time I found Nicole I booked most of the “big things” like vendors etc and found my dress ! In my head everything was moving on nicely. Initially I was unsure of how helpful i would find it but I thought I’d take the plunge, as I knew at some point I’d find things overwhelming and my brain would turn to mush and I am so glad that I did !

I suffer with anxiety and as I say I knew at some point the anxiety would probably take over, but nicole is such a calming and lovely person and makes me feel so relaxed and also helps me feel validated in my feelings, thoughts and decision making! Which as you can imagine is difficult to balance when you’re the bride! as you are always so worried about what other people may say, how they may feel and worried about the wedding causing drama !

Which leads me onto my next point. The one thing I feel that I have loved the most about working with Nicole, given that I was already in deep with wedding planning, after my first meeting with Nicole I realised that I had let the wedding planning and budget take over ! And had forgotten actually what both my partner and I wanted from our wedding, and I had stopped thinking about the bigger picture!

Nicole helped me strip back down to what we wanted for our day, how we wanted to feel on the day and what our goal was and has been there every step of the way to make sure that we achieve this! And helped us make sure that the day is about US ! She has been there to help me overcome any challenges or difficulties I have faced but not by giving me the answer but supported me to find the answer myself and find strategies on how to manage it moving forward.

My partner is a money/ budget man so he has loved the the support from Nicole around this and the spreadsheet she’s made for us to make sure we are on track ! Me ! Well I’m all about a to do list and Nicole did that for us! This has helped me stay on track with everything, not put anything off but also not get overwhelmed with everything I have to do either and has set me realistic and achievable timescales to do it in ! I truly look forward to our meetings.

Nicole has been amazing at helping me get my planning under way for the wedding, she's helped me pull together a timeline that works for me. I know I would only get stressed a few months before the wedding because I'd leave the doing till then, Nicole's just helped me get things in order so I don't get stressed at all. I feel like she's just made the whole process feel less of a chore and more exciting!
