The team were beyond helpful and such a pleasure to work with. They were able to make the day run smoothly, without any hiccups which allowed us to focus on enjoying our big day. We did have a plethora of vendors, but they were able to effectively communicate with each vendor and let them know what we expected. The handled all questions that are bridal party and guests had and would definitely recommend to any newlywed couple. They were attentive and ensured that me and my wife got through the day with minimal stress and maximum enjoyment. -

From the first conversation, we saw how proactive Catered to you can be! The organization, the planning the frequent communication, and detailed information stood out for us.
On our Big day we saw team work play out, the team was at different stations and everyone was on their A game and this meant alot to us as a couple.
We are happy and blessed to have used their services because it helped alot. The support during photography session, while also managing the guests and liaising perfectly with the MC of the day was top notch, down to the cloth changing session and just all round!
The name speaks for itself!

Shalom and her team have made myself and my new bride feel reassured every step, from the beginning all the way to the BIG DAY she’s been so accommodating.
Shalom has an open line policy which meant I was able to message or call pretty much any time I had any questions or even if I need reassurance.
She pitched in ideas but also took the time to hear me out. CTY events communicated well with all the vendors to ensure my big day went as smoothly as it possibly could.

Where do I even begin?!
I booked Cater to You just weeks before my wedding in full panic mode—no coordinator, no plan, just prayer. And God absolutely sent me angels in Shalom & Grace.
From day one, they took EVERYTHING off my plate. They handled every detail with such calm, precision, and love—coordinated with all the vendors, made sure timelines were tight, and brought this peaceful energy that every bride needs.
Now listen… I’m not a “spotlight” kind of girl, but when these two walked into my bridal suite?! I genuinely felt like the most beautiful woman in the world. They helped me dress, made sure I left on time, and even gave me their own shoes when we couldn’t find mine. Who does that?!
They checked in on me constantly—emotionally, mentally, even medically (yes, they brought me my meds + water without me asking). They danced with me, laughed with me, and made everyone around them feel safe and celebrated.
I just met them, but I love them deeply. Their attention to detail, heart, and pure dedication are unmatched. You can’t teach this kind of care—it’s a calling.
Cater to You, you are exactly who you say you are and so much more.
I’m teary even writing this—thank you from the bottom of my heart.
