What we loved most was how involved and supportive she was throughout the whole journey. We made so many lovely memories during the planning process. She genuinely cared about making the day feel personal to us, listened to what we wanted and brought our vision to life.

We had our first venue close down few months before the wedding, and Chiara helped us find a new venue (keeping the same date we had) within just a couple of weeks and we loved this venue even more! She gave us great recommendations for suppliers which she knew matched what we were looking for in the day.

Hiring Chiara at Pumo was one of the best decisions I made when planning our wedding, it took so much stress out of the day and the lead up, I was carrying so much in my own brain it was like renting someone else’s brain to carry the load!

Everything was perfectly organised, we couldn’t have been happier, she was fast to respond to any questions, gave us really great options - I had enquired with someone else first and they seemed to offer standard packages for everyone - my wedding would have been the same as 20 others - but with Pumo everything was tailored to what I wanted - not a one size fits all - I really felt heard and valued.
