This service is for those couples who have planned and booked their entire day and would like someone to ensure the smooth running of their special day so they can relax and enjoy themselves. This service includes:

• Hand over about 4-6 weeks prior to wedding day
• Finalise RSVP’s and meal requests
• Liaise with venue and suppliers to confirm everything including timings
• Create seating plan
• Create photography timeline for photos
• Create order of the day
• Venue set up/take down and tidy
• Welcoming guests and showing them to their seats
• Oversee day keeping everything running on time
• Assisting the couple with any tasks they need me to do on the day
• Post wedding follow up
