I worked with Sylvia and her delightful wedding angels to coordinate the final details of my wedding and ensure everything ran smoothly on the day. Sylvia did a fantastic job keeping on top of things for me, reassuring me, reminding me of things I didn’t want to forget, as well as managing demanding family members with grace!
Having two angels on the day is a game changer - I felt everything was in completely capable hands which allowed me and my family to just enjoy the wedding and not worry about anything!
Sylvia and everyone on her team was absolutely delightful and I’m so thankful for their hard work! If you’re debating whether or not to get a coordinator… just do it! As a present to yourself - it’s a small price to pay for the mental peace and reassurance!

We used Wedding Angels to help us with our beach wedding in Poole, and we’d happily recommend them to anyone else with an upcoming wedding! We had a chat with Sylvia 6 weeks before the day and it was great to have someone to talk through our plans with. Sylvia pointed out quite a few things that we hadn’t thought of. For example, it hadn’t occurred to us to decide whether the bride or bridesmaids should walk down the aisle first. We also hadn’t assigned anyone other than the photographer to round up our guests for our wedding party photos, and Sylvia suggested we pick someone who would be able to recognise everyone in the wedding party. It might sound obvious but there were quite a few little details like this that we hadn’t thought of! Sylvia’s experience helped us to iron out all these details and it just made the day run so much more smoothly.

In the days leading up to the wedding, Sylvia contacted every single one of our suppliers (which was no mean feat as there were quite a few!!) and checked that they were happy with timings/parking etc. It was great for us to know that all of our suppliers then had Sylvia’s number so they could contact her rather than us on the day if they needed help with anything.

On the day itself, Sylvia and a colleague were on hand to deal with problems. E.g. The taxis for our ushers didn’t turn up and our main course overran so we had to alter the timings of our speeches and dessert, but Sylvia liaised with the kitchen and our speakers to keep everyone in the loop.

We were lucky that nothing went drastically wrong on the day, but we just felt so much more chilled knowing that the Wedding Angels were there to help if it did. Having spent so many months planning the wedding, it was wonderful to be able to enjoy the day properly without feeling as though we had to do any work!

Choosing someone to be involved in your wedding day is quite a big decision, but Sylvia and her colleague were both so lovely to have around and lots of our guests commented on how friendly and helpful they were!
