Our Real Wedding

Our day was just perfect! We were so lucky with the weather as the day before our wedding was snow storms, the day of our wedding was the most beautiful winter sun. It was nice and dry and crisp. Just perfect. We got married at Bourton Hall which is the most beautiful venue.

When I walked down the aisle with my twin brother giving me away, Selvin was crying (happy tears he assures me!!) and everyone in the room was emotional. It was so perfect.

The wedding breakfast was brilliant. I assigned each table a “captain” and it was their job to keep the energy high and interact with other tables. It worked a treat. We had our first dance at the bottom of Bourtons beautiful staircase with confetti and it made me cry again.

Then our evening party we had a sax player and we partied until midnight. It was just beautiful and I loved every second of it. I feel so lucky that our wedding was how it was. It was perfect.
