Our Real Wedding

Our love story took us to Budapest, where we got engaged at the top of Fisherman’s Bastion, overlooking the stunning Parliament building. It was the perfect beginning to our journey towards marriage and a memory we’ll treasure forever.

When it came to finding my wedding dress, I never expected to fall in love with the very first shop I visited. After trying on so many different styles, I found the one and realised I recognised it from somewhere. It was the exact dress I’d fallen in love with on a mannequin at a wedding show, the very dress that had inspired me to book my appointment. It felt like it was always meant to be.

For our wedding, we wanted a traditional feel with our own personal, non-traditional twist. We chose champagne bridesmaid dresses, pale neutral-toned flowers and cake, complemented by rustic décor that perfectly suited our beautiful barn venue. Fairy lights and ribbons brought everything together, creating a warm, romantic atmosphere that felt ours uniquely.
