We hired Amy for our wedding and she was very kind and responsive, the photos are lovely and captured the important moments

Avoid at all cost!
Amy was lovely on the day of the wedding but unfortunately that can and does not reflect in her work. There were a few issues one being quoted a price and the contract having a higher price, having to chase for the revised contract as not received with the amendment. My wedding contract confirmed a minimum of 800 photos and ended up with 530 and after complaining Amy agreed to a refund of £161 for the shortffall (of which I was expected to wait 2 weeks for even though in her email responding to my complaint she agreed the refund would be issued once the work had been completed).
The most disappointing aspect is she did not take accountability for the quality of the photos, I had 3 other photographers reviewing my gallery and they have all agreed there are issues with the lighting, flashes not being used, taking a lot of unusable images, taking numerous photos of the back of peoples heads, no clarity and the list goes on. 3 Times the gallery has been reviewed! I was initially blocked on Facebook as she states she had to protect her business (obviously doesnt allow constructive criticism as youre not allowed to give a review if she doesnt like the fact that you think her work is substandard) we continued with contact via Whatsapp and then Amy advised contact is to be made by email so I was then blocked on Whatsapp ( I was never rude or aggressive just upset and disappointed) for then to be told that she did not want any further contact as I would not accept her offer to resolve my complaint and she wanted to go through an ADR. In the end I gave in and asked her to review the gallery again and try and put right what was wrong and accepted the refund (I have confirmation by WhatsApp that Videos that she had taken would be included in the gallery however they would be unedited which I was fine with - however she is now withholding them and will not add them to the gallery and has not answered my email. There is a slight improvement with the pictures but not wedding photographer quality so please be careful if you are going to book this photographer because she might just take the shine off of one of the most special days in your life.

The USB which was included within the contract was supposedly sent on 07/02/2026 by recorded delivery, I have had an email saying royal mail have contacted her as there is an issue with my address - still no USB. I have emailed her again today 18/02/2026 (11 days after it was supposedly posted) and asked for proof of postage for her to advise me it is for her records and wont provide me with it! The only reason I am posting this review is because a wedding day is supposed to be special and full of memories and your wedding album is there to remind you of your special day and lets you relive it and I dont want anyone else to go through what we have been through so please look at her work and take into consideration my review before booking this photographer!

what can I say about the amazing amy ♥️ first of all a massive thankyou for all the advice humour and guidance before the big day...big day came and what a blast it was from start to finish, half the time I didnt know she was there as she was relaxed and courteous throughout capturing in the moment shots that will hold forever cherished memories forever. The photography album and USB i will always treasure

Would highly recomnend Amy for your big day. This lovely lady was photographer for our wedding in May , she was so polite, friendly and professional on the day. She captured the day perfectly. Her communication was great, responded very quickly to any message and her prices are very reasonable. Was so happy with pictures that were taken, memories for life.
