  A very disappointing experience

  I have spent a long time debating whether to leave this review, but ultimately, I feel I have a responsibility to share my experience in the hope that no other bride has to experience the same level of disappointment.
  
  Your wedding day is a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. The photographs are supposed to be the lasting memories you look back on for years to come, so choosing a professional photographer is a decision you place a great deal of trust in. Unfortunately, the photographs we received have left me absolutely gutted.
  
  The issues are numerous. Several photographs are out of focus, with the background bushes appearing sharper than the faces of the people who actually mattered. There are duplicate photographs, some of which appear to be little more than the same image cropped differently, and the overall composition and positioning leave a great deal to be desired.
  
  The group photographs were something I was particularly looking forward to. Sadly, we received only two full-group photographs. In one, not everyone is looking at the camera; in the other, the group is poorly arranged, with one side positioned too far back and the other too far forward. There is little apparent thought given to arranging people, directing where they should stand, or ensuring everyone knows where to look and what to do. These are basic things I would have expected from a professional wedding photographer.
  
  The ceremony photographs are equally disappointing. A dead tree features in the corner of many of them, which seems entirely avoidable with a small change of position. I also have no photograph of myself getting out of the wedding car because the photographer was standing on the wrong side to capture it.
  
  What makes this even more upsetting is that photographs of the ceremony were restricted to the official photographer. We trusted that this meant those precious moments were in professional hands, but the resulting images are out of focus, poorly composed and, in many cases, badly positioned. These are the only photographs I have of those moments, and I cannot go back and have them taken again.
  
  After receiving the photographs, I showed them to friends and family because I genuinely wanted a second opinion and to make sure I wasn't being overly critical. Unfortunately, others independently pointed out the same issues, particularly the lack of focus on people's faces in the group photographs.
  
  I contacted the photographer to ask whether there were any additional group photographs available, as the two supplied were so disappointing. I was told they would have a look. When I followed up, I received no response. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting.
  
  The saddest part is that I estimate there are only around five photographs in the entire collection that I would consider good enough to frame and display in our home. That is devastating when these photographs were meant to capture one of the most special days of our lives. Several friends took photographs throughout the rest of the day, and, honestly, many of their pictures put the professional photographs to shame. Even the photography apps on my phone could have produced better results.
  
  I appreciate that photography is subjective, and no photographer can guarantee that every single image will be perfect. However, I believe there is a reasonable expectation of focus, composition, direction and care, particularly when capturing moments that can never be recreated.
  
  I am not leaving this review lightly or out of spite. I am leaving it because I wish I had known what the results would be before placing such an important part of our wedding day in someone else's hands. I would hate for another bride to spend months planning her special day, only to be left feeling this disappointed with the photographs afterwards.
  
  Please do your research carefully before booking. For us, the photographs were one of the most important lasting parts of our wedding, and the experience has left us extremely sad.

  Wedding Photography

  Amanda was excellent, made the whole booking process easy and has the option of a number of different packages to help get what you want on the day. Amanda was fantastic on the day, making it run so smoothly getting all the group photos done and working with our timings and the photos we have are great.

  Amazing!!!

  Amanda is so lovely and makes you feel at ease. She takes the right shots and took a lot of pressure off the day by being so on the ball.
  The photos are amazing and there is a lot of attention to detail. You can just tell Amanda loves what she does and really cares!

  Highly recommend

  Amanda was brilliant in the run up to our wedding very quick to respond and very accommodating, she answered all of our questions ( no matter how silly we thought they were! ) with professionalism and knowledge. We were a very awkward couple who didn’t really know what we wanted and Amanda was brilliant during the ceremony we didn’t really know she was there! Afterwards Amanda created a few formal group photos as requested then we had some fun ones as we relaxed into it. We recieved our pictures digitally as requested and they were lovely and we had a few surprises of pictures we didn’t know she had taken and she had edited pictures for close ups and black and white images too! so that’s was an added extra we weren’t expecting! We only had a small wedding so went for the romance package and Amanda was very accommodating with sorting a payment plan due to our budget being tight.
  We can’t thank Amanda enough for capturing some wonderful moments on our special day.

  Amazing experience!

  We booked Amanda for our wedding in September 2025, was an amazing experience. We booked the 2 hour package just for our ceremony and got excatly what we wanted. She was brilliant to be around and made us feel as such ease! Would recommend 100% ❤️❤️

  Wedding photography

  We got married at Warwick House on 13th September and chose Amanda to be our wedding photographer. I knew Amanda was the right choice from our initial call with her, she was professional but so warm and friendly and instantly put us at ease. On the wedding day, she was simply wonderful, having her in the dressing rooms whilst we were getting ready was like having another bridesmaid; she helped us with our dresses, gave some great advice and was just such a lovely and calming (but fun!) influence. During the day my friends and family commented on what a lovely photographer we had chosen; she put everyone at ease and just had fun with the photos which was perfect for our wedding party.
  We have recently had our photographs back and are so happy with them. There are some great candid photos capturing special moments that I wasn’t even aware of. And having worked at Warwick House before, Amanda guided us to the best places to have our more staged pictures taken. All of them were beautiful.
  All in all, we were very pleased with the service from start to finish and with the reasonable cost, we would definitely recommend.

  I absolutely couldn't be happier with our wedding photos. The price was so accessible for the completely stunning images and amazing service Amanda provided.   Beautiful Photos, Just What We Wanted

  I was so happy with Amanda as my wedding photographer. From the moment she arrived, she blended in beautifully with our guests, making everyone feel at ease, and captured the day in such a natural way. She really listened to everything I asked for and made sure the photos were exactly how I wanted them.
  
  Communication before meeting up was a little slow, but once we connected everything went really smoothly. On the day itself she was professional, warm, and unobtrusive — I hardly noticed her taking the shots, yet the photos she produced are wonderful. I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a photographer who really understands how to capture special moments.❤️
