  Brilliant!

  We are delighted with our decision to choose Richard as our wedding photographer! We did an engagement photoshoot 6 months before the wedding which really put us at ease for what to expect on the wedding day and the photos came out so much better than we expected. Richard has a really relaxed style, he managed to get brilliant photos without spending ages on posed photos/group shots. We were super impressed with how quickly he provided the first set of photos and are over the moon with how they've turned out - can't wait to see the full album! We would strongly recommend Richard and definitely suggest including an 'engagement shoot' before the big day

  North West Countryside Wedding

  Richard was friendly, put us at ease and was a pleasure to work with pre, during and post wedding. He has a calm influence which helped us to feel relaxed from the first meeting. On the day, he struck the balance between getting the group shots, with being covert and getting the most amazing candids of guests. It was such a pleasure to look at the photos which he got to us just before Christmas so we could share with family. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richard. He listened to our vision for the day and smashed it! Thanks Richard. The McArdles.

  Perfect memories from our special day

  Richard was the photographer for our wedding at The Mill at Conder Green in August, and we’re absolutely thrilled with the photos he captured. Each image is stunning, and they perfectly tell the story of our day. These are memories we’ll treasure forever.
  
  From our very first conversation, Richard put us completely at ease. He walked us through the day in detail, making sure he understood exactly what we wanted. He was patient, thorough, and left us feeling confident and excited for the big day.
  
  On the day itself, Richard was an absolute star. He worked seamlessly with our videographer, Stephen, creating a relaxed and fun atmosphere throughout. Even the group photos—usually a chore—were a breeze, thanks to Richard’s calm and efficient approach. The aerial drone shot of all our guests was a particular highlight, and it turned out perfectly.
  
  Later in the evening, we stepped out with Richard to capture some sunset shots along the canal. It was such a fun and laid-back experience, and the results were beyond anything we could have imagined. These photos, with their magical lighting, are among our absolute favourites—they look like something out of a dream.
  
  Richard’s communication and organisation were flawless. We received a sample set of photos not long after the wedding, and the user-friendly online portal made downloading the high-resolution images incredibly simple. Shortly after that, we had the full set, and every photo was amazing.
  
  Choosing Richard to capture our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. His talent, professionalism, and easygoing personality made the whole experience a joy. We couldn’t be happier with his work, and we’d wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking for a photographer who will go above and beyond to capture their special day.

  Richard was absolutely fantastic, both in the lead up to our wedding day and on the wedding day itself. The pre-wedding catch up was a fantastic way to get across realistic expectations of what the day would look like for photos, and Richard went out of his way to make sure that we had a balance between photos we would like with guests and also a wide array of natural, candid photos. When he arrived on the morning of our wedding, he was so friendly and professional and instantly put my husband and I at ease. The preview photos that we received very quickly after our wedding are FANTASTIC and I cannot wait to see the rest! I would highly recommend Richard to anyone looking for a photographer, he is absolutely fantastic at what he does. Also if you are looking for a photographer/videographer combination, his work with Stephen Whitehead Films is unbelievable and great value!

  Amazing guy & photographer!

  Richard was amazing before, during & after our special day! He is a genuine, easy going guy, who listened to exactly what we wanted. On the day he captured the natural, non forced shots that I really wanted. Majority of the time I didn’t even know he was taking photos because he did it so well. All my wedding guests said the same and I had a lot of compliments about him after. He provided us with some shots very soon after the wedding which was lovely and then we received all the photos within the time frame he promised. Very reasonably priced, reliable, friendly and a pleasure to have at our wedding! I would highly recommend Richard and hopefully we will be able to use him & his fabulous photography skills again one day!

  Our wedding photos are everything we could have asked for and more, he captured all the parts of our day we asked for and more that we didn't even know we wanted until we seen them.

  Highly recommended wedding photographer!

  I cannot recommend Richard enough!! Much more than 5*s!! From start to finish, Richard has been amazing. We will cherish our wedding photos forever, they tell such a beautiful story of our perfect day.
  
  I would say one thing - listen to your photographer when they tell you not to worry about rain! We wasted too much time stressing about the weather - a little summer shower and drizzle didn’t mean anything on the day. The photos are simply perfect! So do not worry! Richard told us a million times not to worry and we should have listened! Your photographer is a professional and trust their judgement.
  
  Richard slotted into our wedding party perfectly and you can tell how relaxed everyone was in his company. He felt like one of our friends on the day, we felt really relaxed in his company. We met with Richard a few weeks before the day, so that we felt at ease. We talked through the day / formal photos / start times etc. Everything ran smoothly on the day.
  
  We received a sneak peak of a few photos a couple of days later which was lovely!! Still on the high from the wedding day we were in for such a treat when the full album was delivered.   From initial contact right up to receiving our photos, Richard was the perfect balance of friendly and professional. He went out of his way to make recommendations for things like 'which confetti photographs well' and captured some brilliant photos that help us to look back fondly on our day.

  Richard was amazing from start to finish. Not only is he very friendly, but also very professional. He was easy to work with on our big day, and he was able to capture everything we wanted and more! We love his style and the images he delivered were perfect. We highly recommend Richard!
