  Beautifully done pictures!

  Gillian is wonderful, full of laughter, and excellent at capturing in the moment and formal pictures. We asked for her to join us on our wedding day at Rutland Water at Normanton Church (such a beautiful church and venue) she was there on the dot, straight in action! She chatted to us prior with ideas when we previously at the venue, she chatted to all our guests we pretty much let her just crack on with everything as we are not very photogenic people! She has produced some beautiful pictures for us to look back on! Some stunning scenery ones, decor and of course bride and groom pictures! Will 10/10 recommend! Wonderful lady!

  Amazing photographer!

  We found gillian while looking for a photographer at a time when planning was stressful and the amount of information we were processing with different vendors was crazy, however when we contacted swan photography we were suprised by how the package offered was simple to understand and that it was a fixed price with out having to pay extra for things as everything we wanted was included as standard. Gillian explained everything that she does and what to expect and made us feel confident in hiring her for her services. Leading upto the wedding we were in constant communication via phone and email to discuss differnt aspects and he also had a face to face meeting at the venue to discus locations and what photos we wanted to get of families etc. On the day gillian was amazing! She was also moving around getting photos of the venue, guests etc and she knew exactly how to get guest in the correct place to get the photos that we wanted and it really took any stress out of the day and if we needed a break, that was fine and she would go round letting people know who would be needed when we started again. So thankyou so much for making our day magical and for giving us so many amazing photos that we sill treasure forever and to anyone who is confused with all the photographers offering loads of different extras/ services, speak to swan photography as they keep it simple while still giving a quality service and a day youll never forget!

  I will be posting your USB stick out to you early next week. When using the USB stick please remember to allow all the images to download (normally takes about 45 minutes) before removing the stick from the computer please right click and press eject, this ensures that none of the images will be corrupted. Your computer/Laptop will let you know when it is safe to remove.

  A wedding at Allington Manor.

  Gillian was so professional from our 1st meeting to receiving the final photos. The results are amazing!

  Wonderful family photographs by Swan photography. Gillian is a real professional with an artistic eye.

  A fabulous experience with Gillian, at Swan photography, she arrived with some great ideas to produce relaxed authentic images.
  We were left with wonderful memories and great photos.

  Amazing photographer

  We first met Gillian when she photographed our wedding in June so we thought we would ask her to do a few family photographs!! Gillian was professional as always and captured the whole family amazing!! Gillian directed the family (including the kids) to ensure we got the best photos!   Lovely photos, great communication & good value for money

  Gillian was lovely. She made sure all the photos I asked for were taken. Some gorgeous ones of us & lovely candid shots of guests. Great value for money. Would recommend her

  limited quality

  Sad to say that we got what we paid for, by far the cheapest photographer. Very nice lady but we received limited images that were of use for what we expected.
  No direction to our guests of where to stand or where to look, resulted in numerous images where people were stood away from the group, looking in the opposite direction, frowning or with an odd expression, or lack of smiling. We would have expected the photographer to have prompted people to look at the camera, stop frowning ect. This meant that we have no nice images as family groups at all and the whole group ones are not great. we also had a huge amount of of couple shots were one of us is frowning due to the light or looking in the opposite direction.
  There are close up images of individual guest faces at the reception but hardly any wide shots, group shots or any that capture the essence/vibe of the event.
  Also some very un flattering images where the bride was asked to put her chin down looking at her bouquet.
  Guests commented that they felt ushered away and bride and groom felt that group images were very rushed. We assumed this was because it had been easy to capture good images.
  Overall very disappointed.
  Additionally the memory stick which contained our images has some photos which are corrupted and do not load. We did also receive a WI transfer but as we were away our link expired so we had to pay to extend our access via Wi transfer.

  From the moment Gillian got to my home she was very friendly and very polite she took pictures of us getting ready and she was chatting to us why she was doing the photos I would deffo recommend her to my friends and family and other for there special occasions

  Lovely wedding photographer and lovwly wedding photos

  Gillian did a great job and our wedding photos were really lovely!
  We had great communication from her from the start till end.
  Gillian came out to see us near our wedding date so she could see both the church and wedding reception.
  We had so many pictures sent to us and quicker than we thought. Lovely surprise USB stick too.
  We couldn't have asked for a better photographer for our special day.
