  Fantastic from the word go

  Simon has been an amazing photographer for our wedding. He has exceeded our expectations. From excellent communication all the way, a thorough telephone consultation organising the day and then on the day itself, the ultimate professional. He puts so much passion, attention to detail and consideration into the photos to get the best shots. The photos are truly amazing and we are blown away by how beautiful they have turned out. Couldn’t recommend enough. He really brought excellence to our overall wedding experience. Thank you, Simon.

  Simon was absolutely brilliant on our special day, he made us all feel relaxed with his friendly and professional manner. During our ceremony we didn’t even realise he was there which made the photographs natural and captured exactly how we were feeling. Our after ceremony photos were lovely and artistic, Simon has given us visual moments that will let us reminisce forever.

  Cannot recommend Simon enough

  Simon is a fantastic photographer. He has produced some amazing photos that have captured our day. He was brilliant in meeting with us before and setting out what to expect and how we could get the best photos. He listened to what we wanted and really delivered. We cannot recommend him enough and if you are considering using Simon and want a photographer that listens, is well organised, is reliable and produces fantastic work then you’ve found the right one for you.

  Exceeded expectation!

  Simon went above and beyond our expectations as a wedding photographer. He was a great addition to our day and made us feel relaxed so that the process was as fun as possible. The outcome of the photos and the album is incredible. We are so happy that we can look back on our day with the beautiful photos that Simon took and edited.

  Amazing photographer

  Wow! What can I say! From the moment we booked Simon, he was amazing! Responsive, friendly and professional! He offered us some pre-wedding photos and included our dog! They turned out amazingly! He made us feel at ease and comfortable whilst having our photos taken! We have just gotten our wedding photos back after just 4 weeks! They look unreal! We absolutely adore them! Thank you so much Simon! ❤️

  We hired Simon for our wedding day and he was superb! He had a very calm and friendly manor about him on the day which put me at complete ease. We got married at the lakes and it rained all day, yet he managed to take some incredibly stunning photographs to capture the day.

  Wonderful photographer

  Simon was extremely friendly and accomodating to our needs. Well presented on our wedding day and professional throughout. Our photos are truely amazing and we cant thank simon enough for all his hard work and effort we thank you so much for being part of making our day special you have a wonderful skillset for photography and captured every special moment and more.

  Fantastic photographer and a calming presence on our big day

  We spoke and met with Simon a few times before our wedding day, and from those interactions his passion for photography was very clear. He has a great attention to detail, which was shown through at the planning meeting and continued through to our wedding day. His experience of weddings in the lakes and in particular at our venue helped him produce some truly breathtaking photos and in turn guided us seamlessly, fulfilling all the photos we could have wanted on a strict timeline. He was also a calming presence on our day, helping us to feel relaxed and at ease throughout the entire day.

  Timeless photos

  We are absolutely thrilled with our pictures from our January elopement wedding at Cragwood House in the Lake District. We chose Simon as his photos look timeless and he offered an elopement package. He knows the venue extremely well and gave us some useful tips prior to the day. Within the 2-hour package we got a huge range of photos and we are especially pleased with the scenic pictures we had outside. We felt totally comfortable with Simon and he put us both at ease. We certainly recommend Simon for a Lake District Wedding!

  Lake District Wedding 12.12.23

  Wow!
  So pleased we choose Simon to capture our intimate wedding held at the Cragwood Country House Hotel, what a magical day.
  
  From the very beginning Simon was accommodating in every way. Simon listened carefully to our wishes and helped us in aspects of the big day that we were a little unsure about answering all of our questions quickly and professionally. His advice & guidance of course was spot on.
  
  Regular contact was made at the intervals that was set out in our initial consultation and Simon was happy to help on the questions that ultimately arise when the planning was firmly in motion and full steam ahead.
  
  Come the day, Simon immediately made us all feel at ease, friendly and caring he felt like part of the family fitting in perfectly and I'm not kidding!
  
  Simons attention to detail is second to none and went above and beyond to capture the perfect pictures in an unobtrusive style, which we have to say was not easy given the typical Lake District weather in December, quite honestly nothing was a problem and we took it all in our stride with smiles and laughter for the whole day. Which sums up the day perfectly, smiles and laughter!
  
  We chose to take an album from Simon, choosing 50 pictures, not an easy thing to do as all the pictures are fabulous. The style of this was a true likeness to how the day unfolded. Simon was able to send us a proof to check everything over, we made some amendments again not a problem at all and et voilà one wedding album produced & delivered seamlessly and best of all its beautiful.
  
  We chose to take the additional option of a videographer; Sam to make sure that we would never forgot the ceremony, at the beginning you may think nope I don't want or need that but trust me the day goes by so quickly there will be parts that you forget. It was fabulous to watch the video on return from our honeymoon, again we sat and smiled throughout watching our ceremony all over again like a couple of kids! If you take this option its hassle free and so we'll worth the little extra. Simon will coordinate and arrange everything with Sam.
  
  We whole heartily recommend Simon and Sam. Don't think about it, give him a call, you will not be disappointed.
