Amy & James June ‘23
James and I had a fantastic experience with Neil. It rained from the heavens on both our pre-wedding shoot and wedding day but you wouldn’t have known looking at the photos he captured. We felt so comfortable and relaxed and despite having only met once before our wedding we felt like we knew him. We can’t thank him enough for our beautiful photos and would definitely recommend Pocket Square Photography. -

Easygoing and professional
We’re so happy we’d found Neil on social media and managed to book him for our wedding on 15th July. Neil is so easy going, it felt like we made a friend for a day. We’re not great with having our photos taken (many people aren't) but Neil made sure we stayed relaxed and enjoy ourselves. We had plenty of giggles and the photos came out perfectly. Neil was also brilliant in organising the day so we could get the most of the group and couple photoshoots without disturbing the order of the events.
We couldn’t recommend Pocket Square photography enough. Thank you Neil, Kasia and Graeme. -

Stop looking, just book him!!!
Neil was the perfect choice as our photographer, alongside his second shooter Jess (also amazing!) his relaxed informal approach managed to transform our very photo-shy selves into literal models. His brilliant pictures really captured the joyful chaos of the day as he completely put us at ease and it really shows in our final photos. We would highly recommend pocketsquare photography to anyone looking for a fun, relaxed experience with exceptional timeless photos as a result. -

Chill, fun and super cool guy
Neil is the best wedding photographer ever, not that I've had many lol but I have been to a ton of weddings. Our guests loved him, we loved him and it felt like we were spending our day with our pal. Our pictures were out of this world and even better we felt comfortable getting them done. Neil gave us some time to spend together as newlyweds away from the crowd and just snapped along the way. Our wedding day was a constant downpour of rain and we still managed to give us the best outdoor photos. We live you Neil, thank you. -

Brilliant photographer with a great eye
Neil was brilliant at our wedding - your photographer is with you all day, so you HAVE to like them, but he was a joy to have around.
We never felt like he was in the way and we were hardly away from our guests for the portraits - and they weren't at all awkward.
We'd also had an engagement shoot a few months before so we knew we'd like working with Neil, and his second shooter Cameron was great too - plus having both of them gave us the chance to have a photobooth style set up for some fun shots with props.
He has a great eye for a good setting - some of our favourite pics are ones where we were just walking past something and Neil said "That could make a great shot" and he was right.
Still love looking back at our pics 7 years on - couldn't recommend Neil highly enough. -

Fantastic photographer. Neil is brilliant at what he does - both in terms of the quality of his work and him as a person. Can’t recommend him enough.
Neil was our photographer did for our intimate, small wedding back in 2019 and felt like another guest. He has a remarkable ability to build rapport and make you feel relaxed to get the best out of the photos with no pressure. He was transparent, warm, organised and very easy to be around. We were so impressed with the photographs we got of our (wee) big day and the keepsake box Neil gave us with it all. He was the perfect choice for us and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending him to others. -

Made our day more perfect.
Neil is número uno. His attention to detail was unbelievable. We had a long list of photos with different family members we wanted and I was worried we'd miss some but he had total recall of who needed to be where. It was particularly ballsy when he claimed a fire escape to get a fantastic shot of the whole group. A lot of other photographers leave an hour after the first dance but he stayed two more meaning we got lots of fantastic photos of the dancing. -

Outstanding service and so easy to work with!
Neil was incredible from start to finish. He really made us feel at easy and took on board or likes and dislikes when it came to the photos. His style is beautiful and can’t recommend him highly enough. -
