As someone who is passionate about photography as a hobby, choosing our wedding photographer was a hugely important task. After doing some research online into local photographers, I was instantly struck by the clean & classy editing style and the attention to detail that Alex includes in his shots. No crazy over the top editing, just pure natural images. Despite only haven spoken a few times over video calls, when we met Alex for the first time in person on our Wedding day it already felt like we knew him and he blended in perfectly with our guests - no awkwardness or bossing people around. Since Day 1, Alex has made everything so straightforward, encouraged us to make our own decisions based on his advice and always been completely transparent when it comes to the price. We would recommend Alex to everyone & anyone, as we could not have asked for a better photographer! -

A brilliant photographer for our country wedding
We were recommended Alex’s services by a friend who works in media production and from looking at his portfolio of previous weddings could tell straight away that we loved the style.
Initial communication was a video call around one year out from our wedding, where Alex explained everything in detail including the various packages and associated prices (which were very competitive compared to other photographers we considered). He was also able to recommend a videographer for us.
A few weeks before the big day, Alex met us at the venue for a walk through of the site, coming up with a plan for the various shots we wanted.
On the morning of the wedding, Alex made the bride and bridesmaids feel so relaxed during their preparations in the morning, taking away any nerves and making everyone smile with his cheerful and friendly nature - which was reflected in the final photos.
For the rest of the day, Alex seemed to be everywhere at once, capturing an array of amazing photos from our bride and groom photos in the gardens, more formal family shots, to all of our guests as they danced the night away. He barely stopped all day! We loved the extremely thoughtful gift we received during the dinner, which was totally unexpected and confirmed to us we had made the perfect choice for our wedding photographer.
Alex edited the photos within a few weeks and we received them while on our honeymoon, which was far earlier than we expected and made for a wonderful evening sipping cocktails and reliving all of the memories.
We would both wholeheartedly recommend Alex to anybody looking for a wedding photographer. He is dedicated, professional and above all, a lovely person, who has given us photographs that we will treasure for the rest of our lives. Thank you! -

We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better photographer for our wedding. From the moment we started planning, Alex completely understood the style and feel we wanted and made everything so easy.
On the day itself Alex was an absolute joy to have around. He was relaxed, fun, and genuinely great company and he captured every moment so beautifully. Alex made us feel so comfy and we absolutely love our wedding photos!
Alex even surprised us with a sweet card and a handful of Polaroids on the day, which was such a thoughtful touch and something we’ll cherish forever. Another standout moment was seeing some of his favourite snaps appear on our DJ’s screen – it caught us completely off guard and was so emotional.
We’re so grateful for all the care, creativity and effort he put into our day. Truly exceptional from start to finish. Highly recommended! Thank you Alex!
Also, Alex saved the day and got a wasp out of the dressing room. As a nervous bride who hates wasps, I was very grateful! 🙏🏼 -

Alex is the best!

We chose Alex to photograph our wedding day, and he was simply amazing! From the intimate ceremony with our families at Cambridge registry office to our bigger celebration in the garden of my childhood home, Alex went above and beyond to make every moment special.
Nothing was too big or too small for him; he was hands-on from the start, even helping me put on my jewellery before the ceremony! He blended in so seamlessly that many of our guests thought he was an old friend… and honestly, we wish he was. He was such good fun to have around and brought such a calm, easy energy to the day.
We’re both naturally a bit awkward in front of the camera, but Alex made us feel completely comfortable. His friendly, down-to-earth approach helped us relax and be ourselves - and it really shows in the photos.
He captured both our party and registry office day beautifully, even jumping on an E-scooter to keep up with us while we were on a punt! That was just one of many personal, thoughtful touches that made all the difference and truly set Alex apart.
His photos are more than just pictures, they’re works of art. Every image is filled with warmth and joy and captures us at our absolute best.
We’ll absolutely be using Alex again in the future, and couldn’t recommend him more highly! -

We’re so glad we chose Alex as our wedding photographer! From the very beginning he was brilliant at keeping in touch and made the whole process feel really easy and relaxed. On the day, he was such a friendly, supportive presence and helped guide us through everything.
You can tell he genuinely loves what he does, and that passion really comes across in the photos. They’re absolutely incredible – better than we ever imagined – and we were amazed at how quickly they were ready for us. He managed to capture every part of the day so well. I cannot recommend Alex enough. From the start Alex was kind, caring and professional. He took time to learn about us as a couple, our story and also about our nearest and dearest so he could fit right in on our special day. Alex helped us to feel at ease and slotted right in that we almost didn’t notice he was there. Our photos are incredible and I could not recommend him enough. Thank you once again Alex. The service we received from Alex was impeccable! His philosophy of natural photography captured wonderful moments of emotion, not just from my husband and I, but also from our friends and family. Before the wedding, we spoke frequently with Alex, providing location details and filling out an inciteful survey about the order of events. Two weeks before the wedding, we met Alex in person to discuss our ideas, hear his recommendations, make plans to accommodate the weather, and break the ice--which was so pivotal to the authenticity of our pictures. Every laugh was real, the highlights of the day photographed, and above all, it was fun!
