  Amazing photographer

  James is an amazing photographer, very professional whilst also relaxed and mingling with the guests. We loved that he offers a more relaxed service and no constant posing and I absolutely love every single photo of our big day they are just beautiful!!!

  James is amazing!
  
  We’re absolutely over the moon with our wedding photos. He is a complete professional - but is also very friendly, funny and relaxed - which instantly put everyone at ease. Many of our guests made a point of saying how much they liked him too!
  
  James completely got that our day was a relaxed, intimate event focused on our close family and friends, and he captured that beautifully.
  
  His photographic style is perfect - both technically and artistically. The formal shots are just right and the more candid ones are full of genuine emotion and special moments that we’ll treasure forever. The whole album is filled with love, happiness and laughter, which is exactly what our day was all about.
  
  The admin side was seamless too - from online booking, payments, simple forms about finer details, the album delivery itself right through to the handling of extras afterwards. On a more personal level, he was only ever an email away and it was especially nice to meet up for a coffee and have proper chat about everything beforehand - we knew right away that we were in safe hands.
  
  James has given us something so special - a perfect memory of our day that we’ll cherish forever.

  Would definitely recommend!

  We had an excellent experience with James! We received our photo gallery back this week, 1,039 photos capturing our day. James was friendly and professional in the lead up to our wedding and on the day itself. I’d recommend his services to anyone looking to book their wedding photographer.

  Captured perfectly

  Having a short engagement I was worried that finding a great photographer with availability would be tough but James was so quick to get back to me after my initial inquiry, and so accommodating. The whole experience was brilliant, and he captured our day perfectly. We are obsessed with our photos!! We can't thank you enough!

  Could not recommend enough!

  We could not recommend Adept Imagery enough! James exceeded our expectations and was an asset to our special day.
  
  James is professional, hilarious and all of our guests commented on how great he was on the day. James took photographs during our ceremony and you wouldn't have even known he was there. The moments captured are to be cherished for a lifetime.
  
  During the photos with our guests, James was great at ensuring the photos we'd previously requested had been taken (e.g. Bride, Groom and in-laws), and the whole experience was relaxed. James made our guests (and us!) laugh using his great sense of humour.
  
  How pleased we are with the photos cannot be put into words. We have since looked back at them several times - it is incredible to moments James has caught and we've thoroughly enjoyed looking at these with our family.
  
  James was prompt at getting our photos to us, the link to access your media library/shop makes sharing and looking through the photos so easy.
  
  If you have not booked a photographer for your wedding.. Look no further because you will not be disappointed with James (Adept Imagery).

  Wonderful Photographer

  James has been amazing from start to finish of this process. So friendly and easy to speak to! Neither me or my partner are very confident in front of a camera and always end up laughing which has made some of my favourite photos. James has really captured so many special moments and has some how managed to get some serious photos which I never thought we would be capable of! Our pictures are so perfect and we couldn’t be happier! The weather wasn’t on our side on the day but James has done an amazing job anyway even giving me his jacket so we could lay my dress down without it getting wet and ruined for some stunning outdoor photos.
  We had loads of comments on the day of how friendly James was and how he just slotted in to get some lovely candid photos of our guests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James to anyone in need of a photographer!

  Fantastic,

  James was fantastic from start to finish, right from the first conversation on the phone, the face to face consultation before the big day and all the way through to sending our pictures and creating our wedding album. He was absolutely fantastic on the day of our wedding, fantastic with our 5 year old son and got on great with our other kids (15-24). He is a great bloke and we actually felt like he was a guest at our wedding with a camera. we cant praise this man enough and the pictures were absolutely fantastic. thank you James for everything you did on our big day.

  Very happy with the experience!

  It was such a pleasure to have James as a photographer for our event. James captured all of the important moments of the event silently while we enjoyed our day. He took really nice shots of the venue which we didn't even pay much attention to. Every time we look through the photos, they bring back all the joy and memories. 100% recommended.

  Overall perfect

  James did our wedding in October 2024 and he was great! We had loads of comments from guests about how good he was to work with and fun/easy going he was. The photos came out amazingly too, and so many good ones! Definitely value for money and would highly recommend.

  Don’t hesitate!

  We booked James after searching for a photographer that would understand that we’re not the type of couple who want to stand around like frozen chips having our photos done! We wanted candid shots that would suit the laid back style of our wedding. James did not disappoint! With a great sense of humour mixed with excellent professionalism, we’re totally delighted with the photos he has produced. I don’t think I’ll ever look at the couple shots without him telling my husband to ‘hold your wife!’ 🤣 thank you so much!
