About
Hey, I'm Becky - I have a passion for storytelling through photography, and I love a good wedding.
I'm all about keeping things relaxed, authentic and honest - I'm there to capture your day as it unfolds. My style is documentary, so my focus is on real moments rather than posed 'for the camera' scenes.
Your wedding isn't about the photography; it's the other way around! I'll blend into your day so that I can capture those candid moments between you, your new spouse and your guests.
A lot of the couples I work with tell me how nervous they are about having their photos taken, how 'terrible' they are in front of a camera - I tell them that it's okay, there's nothing 'normal' about having a photographer capture a full day of your life. But I promise, as long as you focus on getting married, having the best time and let yourself relax, I'll do the rest.
My goal is to deliver you a gallery filled with the joy of your wedding day - from the excitement during morning preparations to dancing the night away with your people. I'll bottle up how your day feels, so you can look back on it for years to come and remember just how incredible it all was.
Rebecca Strydom Photography, based out of Leeds, West Yorkshire, is a talented wedding photographer who captures every precious moment that naturally unfolds throughout the day.
