Our wedding day was a day to remember and thankfully Philip Parnell captured those all-important memories, the photos are perfect, as was my dress, which I purchased from Isaac Charles, I hope you got the slideshow I sent.
Phillip has an energy and understanding and provided what we wanted and expected. He gets the job done quickly; we didn't have to wait long to view our photos. I have always found him to be hardworking, trustworthy and conscientious. He has excellent interpersonal skills and is capable of working on his own initiative or as a member of a team.
I know Phillip has various styles and techniques available and can implement change where needed. Phillip showed that he can tackle any size job as I have seen him in action at other types of events and then my wedding, which was rather large; people are still talking about him and the excellent photos.
I love the emotion that the photos have, they tell a story, I had two friends last year that were totally disappointed with their wedding photos and I see the envy as they looked through mine (partly because I recommended Phillip Parnell to them).

Phillip is great! From the beginning when I first contacted him, I felt at ease and comfortable that I had chosen the best person to capture what I wanted.

I hired Phillip to photograph my belated Vietnamese-Chinese wedding reception, which was a joint celebration of my own marriage and my sister's marriage.

When I first reached out to him, he was very responsive, reassuring and was up for the challenge of doing something slightly different in terms of cultural weddings.

On the big day, Phillip arrived early, was very patient and adaptive to all the group photo changes, and captured so many beautiful candid photos. He was so friendly and lovely to chat with!

We received the photos just a few days after the event, despite the wedding reception being on a bank holiday, and I was very impressed and happy with all the photos!

I would highly recommend Phillip! He is super professional and reassuring on a nervous big day.

What can I say about Phil and his team..... they made our day fun, special and easy. Phil has a charming and relaxing style, which suited us to a tee.

Punctual, stunning photos and he definitely knows what he is doing. Not only did all the classic photos but also did some fun ones to go with it. Very communicative before the day to ensure we knew what to expect and brilliant with staying in touch after.

We were immediately sold once we were shown the quality of the work by Mr and Mrs Parnell compared to what we had seen whilst making enquiries. As you can imagine, during this current period it could be challenging in capturing moments of our big day but they pulled it off and gave us some incredible beautiful shots.
They were very professional and took time out to find out exactly what we wanted and delivered this exceptionally well on our big day.
All the days activity was captured from start to finish, they were full of ideas as it was clear they'd mastered their craft from previous events/ceremonies.

Phillip and Zhen photographed our wedding in April 2019. It was a magical day, and the photo's really capture the emotion of the whole thing. Phillip was constantly running around the entire day trying to ensure he captured everything perfectly, and we can't thank him enough for the beautiful memories we now have.

Our wedding was amazing, a day we will cherish forever. Thanks to PhillipParnell photography we have such beautiful and memorable pictures to look back on. From start to finish Phillip and his team took the time to get to know us, and what we wanted from the photographs. What really impressed me was the way Phillip captures feelings and moments in his work. I have seen plenty of nice wedding photos that capture the people that attended, the location etc; Phillip captures the happiness, the energy, and the intimate moments that really help bring back all those feelings from our day (well two days including the pre-party).

I wanted to keep this short, so last couple of items I can't leave out: Phillip is professional and polite, but he was great with our crowd and ensured they were in place when they were needed - not an easy task with a group that prefers the bar to the photoshoot. Finally, our wedding was in Mexico, so if you are considering a destination wedding, Phillip is your man.

We are extremley happy with our our fabulous wedding photographs. We feel you captured each and every moment through out the day. You were very profesional ,patient and courterous at all time, arriving earlier than planned, kneeling and crouching on the floor, hiding in awkward places to capture natural pictures. From the moment I booked Phil Parnell I knew it was the best choice I made and I was in good hands. Phil is very experienced and he makes you feel so at ease with his photography , Phil made our guests feel at ease , and the whole experience was relaxing and enjoyable . We spoke to 5 different photographers, all fantastic at what they did however we felt a connection with Phil and his wife Zhenya that we didn't have with the other photographers due to their warm, professional and down to earth approach. They came to our house and showed us examples of the previous weddings they had done and the range of photo albums they offer whilst asking what type of photo's we would like on the day. We were impressed with the fact that not only does the price include just the day time event in the church like all the other photographers, it included pre - wedding pictures, pictures of the bride and groom getting ready, included the church and family photo's, the reception and also included pictures of the night time event.

Phil kept in constant contact with us in the months leading to the big day and as per his request we provided him the order of the photo's with which family members we would like taken to keep the day running smoothly.

The wedding was at 1pm, Phil arrived at the Bride's house for 11am and Zhenya at the groom's for 11am to take the important pictures of everyone getting ready. I liked the fact that despite it being a stressful time in the morning getting ready, they both provided a calming influence and Phil's fantastic sense of humor certainly calmed the bride down!

We have been to many weddings and noticed how a lot of photographers struggle to command the room and organize every one into groups for the pictures to keep things running smoothly. With Phil and Zhenya you are not just getting wonderful wedding photographers, you are getting wedding organizers as well on the big day. Phil gets everyone organized into groups ready for the pictures and everything is structured to the tee by them both.

From 11am they stayed long until the night taking pictures of the first dance, the guests dancing into the night, pictures of all the speeches as well as pictures of the bride and groom, pictures of all the guests as well which meant we had great Christmas presents for everyone sending them beautiful portrait pictures of couples and families at our wedding that Phil and Zhenya had taken.

We were blown away by the final pictures and the way they had both captured the moment of our fantastic day. Within just a few weeks we received them all back on a memory stick and on a password protected link on the website. Thank you Phil and Zhenya for making our day so special and providing us such amazing photo's that will be with us for a lifetime.

Phil was the photographer for our wedding back in June 2019 and I can’t sing his praises enough! He is a very professional and talented photographer with a flair for creativity who was friendly and patient with us throughout. He captured our special day so well every time we look at our album, we’re transported right back there! His lovely wife Zhenya was 2nd shooter on the day and together they created magic.
