We cannot express how thrilled we are with our wedding photos! Paul captured the essence of our special day in a way we didn’t think possible. From our first meeting, Paul made us feel immediately at ease. We had the opportunity to have an engagement shoot which really helped my husband and I to feel at ease in front of the camera, which is so important for those candid shots.
Paul is so friendly and whilst getting ready on the morning of our wedding really helped to steady my nerves by being so kind and accommodating.
Paul’s attention to detail and creativity were evident throughout the process. The photos turned out beautifully and highlighted every special moment and emotion. We especially loved the way Paul captured our friends and family, creating memories that we will treasure forever.
Communication was so prompt and clear throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend Paul to anyone looking for a passionate and talented photographer who truly cares. Thank you for making our wedding unforgettable.

We met Paul at a wedding fair and were sold on him straight away. He came across very professional and all of his photographs spoke for themselves.
We emailed him to book him and was met with a prompt response. He is always easy to get hold of and does not mind answering small probably irrelevant questions!!! Before the day we had peace of mind that our photographer would be one thing we would not have to stress about on the day.
On our wedding day Paul arrived promptly before us, and was taking photos the second we arrived. He knew exactly when to take photos and captured so many small moments which could have easily been missed. He was very polite and worked well with everyone at our wedding to make posed shots.
The photographs we have received are beyond beautiful. We are blown away with how beautiful our day looked through Paul's lense. He was quick to provide us with our photos but you can tell he has spent a lot of time editing them subtly.
Paul's prices are also really reasonable. We were surprised we were able to afford such a talented photographer on our small budget. Thank you so much Paul for taking photos which will last us a life time.Paul Gapper Photography's reply:

We chose Paul for his candid photos, the bright colours in his editing style and because he was a recommended supplier by our venue. We went for the full package that included the engagement shoot, and we would absolutely recommend this. Paul was fantastic from start to finish. Started with a thorough intro call, followed by an on site meeting which was hugely helpful and reassuring for us, as with a LDN location it can be quite complex! Super friendly and we both felt at ease straight away. Photos were incredible and contained all the photos we wanted when we briefed Paul. Cannot recommend more highly! Paul was excellent as our wedding photographer, right from his efficient communication throughout the process to the pre-photo shoot to the wedding day itself and then the amazing gift we received afterwards with all our photos. We found Paul here on Hitched and hired him for our wedding day due to his fabulous reviews. Our experience with Paul was excellent. Paul was really efficient at communicating with us and responded to emails very quickly. Paul met with us a week before the wedding to do some test shots in the grounds of our wedding venue as a run through for the big day and to get to know us a little better. This really made us feel prepared and confident for the day. On the day, Paul was fabulous, and was there photographing every special moment and detail. You never had to search for him, he was always a step ahead. Paul was also the calm among the chaos in the morning during the later stages of the getting ready process and helped to keep us all on track with timings. Paul was absolutely amazing throughout our wedding day, he made us and our guests feel so so comfortable while he was taking pictures of us, which showed in the final pictures. Both my husband and I aren’t normally ones to take lots of pictures of ourselves, but throughout the planning process he put us at ease by asking us what we’d like to be captured and whether candid pictures were something we’d prefer. He also tested out a few ideas on the day, which we wouldn’t have normally done but the pictures look amazing. During the day his car got caught in the slight flooding of the river, which he successfully rescued, but he didn’t let this distract him and even took pictures of the wedding with just his wet socks on while his shoes dried. Hugely appreciated this commitment! So, I can’t recommend Paul enough, he’s lovely and will be a great photographer on your day.Paul Gapper Photography's reply:
