We knew the photographer needed to make everyone feel at ease since we had such a small group of us. Right from the start, Lewis just slotted right in and was amazing at taking photos that were natural and authentic, but also bonding with all of our guests.
For both days he went above and beyond and all of the photos are so beautiful! We always wanted imagery with a more cinematic feel and we got exactly that.
We have absolutely no regrets hiring Lewis at all. He was brilliant and we couldn’t recommend him enough and we feel we have a friendship with Lewis that will go way beyond the wedding day. Worth every penny and more!

Lewis was relaxed and professional from booking through to delivery - every step we felt in good hands. His style is equally low-pressure, opting more for candid shots than posed (which we preferred) and being great to chat to throughout the day.

A wonderful and professional photographer
Lewis completely put me at ease, and dare I say it, I even felt relaxed! He used various techniques to help me feel comfortable with having my pictures snapped, and his techniques really worked. For example, he got me to count some fenceposts, so I wouldn’t even be aware that he was taking the pictures. He also got me to look away from the camera, then slowly turn and look towards him. He was kind and patient with me, and as a result, I’ve got a beautiful collection of photographs in which to remember a very special day. I’d recommend him to anyone, and I do whenever I get the chance!

Meet the team
Hi I’m Lewis! And photography is all I’ve known for my entire adult life.
Let me tell you a story, I was 16. At my Sixth Form open day. Each subject had a ‘trial lesson’ to see if you wanted to pick it for your A-level. There was a part of the day where none of my key subjects were on offer. So, I thought, Photography might be fun - let me give it a try.
I turned up, but - the lesson had already began. Being an awkward teenager, I turned around and began walking out of the art building. As I was walking down the stairs into the cold air something told me to turn back round and just give it a go, I plucked up the courage and went back and knocked on the classroom door and the rest is history!
I learnt the craft as I went! On trips to California & New York when I was 18, I spent half the trip doing street photography. When I was home, I ended up taking photos of anything and everything (even championship football matches).This helped build the skills of learning to take photos in any situation and how to frame naturally occurring events, which I believe led to me developing the natural style you see in my Wedding & Event photography today.
I now have a degree in photography and work for myself doing a job I absolutely love! I’m almost 5 years in to my business and have captured over one hundred weddings & events.
My style carries over to everything I photograph, I describe my style as cinematic (yes I know that’s a cliche word now). I take a natural approach (even with posed pics) and create photos that are classy and timeless by editing with soft, muted tones and deep, rich black snd whites to give your photos my signature look. Okay - that’s enough I sound really egotistical now.
