From the moment he arrived, he brought such a calm, reassuring presence that all of our nerves disappeared. He made us feel completely relaxed, and nothing ever felt forced or awkward. Instead of feeling like we were posing for photos, it felt like we were simply enjoying every moment of our day together.

Justin has an incredible eye for detail. I had a clear vision of the photographs I wanted, and somehow he not only understood it but exceeded every expectation. Every image tells a story, capturing the emotion, the little moments we missed, and all the beautiful details that made our day so special.

One of the things we loved most was how seamlessly he blended into the wedding. So many of our guests commented on how lovely he was. He became part of the day, capturing genuine laughter, happy tears, and the energy of the evening without ever being intrusive. We found Justin on Hitched and messaged him to see if he had availability with only 4 months to go! He responded immediately and gave us all the details, time and patience we needed to make our decision on our wedding photography.
Justin let us know that he was adept in the style we wanted for our day and shared some of his previous work that was similar to what we desired. We decided Justin was the photographer we had to have for our day.
We wanted the day to be shot candidly with no posed or organised group shots. Asking Justin to deviate from the traditional wedding photo format, didn't phase him at all, and he bought into our style and vibe entirely, giving us free rein over the requirements for the day. Justin offered experience where we needed it but never pushed anything on us.
We had a festival-style wedding with a hand-fasting ceremony and asked Justin to shoot things that we wouldn't see and from angles and perspectives that we would miss on the day.
Justin was up for the brief and after meeting him at the venue and talking him through all the aspects of the day, we could tell that he was genuinely excited to shoot our event. This gave us the assurance we needed as we moved closer to the day.
It also has to be said that wedding planning is extremely stressful and we would sometimes delay in response to Justin and had to rearrange our meeting, but Justin was calm, understanding and supportive of this. So if you are worried about being stressed, then we can assure you Justin will make you feel supported and confident about the photography for the day!
The day was the hottest day of the year, but this did not stop Justin from working tirelessly, being everywhere and making sure he got everything. Every time we saw him, he was somewhere else, working the event and capturing our guests having fun and enjoying themselves. Not only that, he was enjoying his work and chatting, making everyone feel at ease as he snapped away.
Finally, if you cannot wait to get your pics, have no fear. We had over 300 incredible professional photos, delivered in a personal gallery in less than a week!
Justin is great at what he does but is also a super nice guy!
