Where do I start. Ayo was an absolute disgrace to deal with as a wedding photographer. We engaged his services for our special day and also the pre wedding photoshoot. He has very poor communication skills and you have to almost push him to do his work. It first started by him cancelling our pre wedding shoot on the day which was appalling and no excuse whatsoever. We decided we didn’t want to use him anymore due to his lack of professionalism. He refused and stated we had a contract but he felt it was ok to breach the terms of the contract by cancelling the pre wedding shoot on the day. So we were forced to continue with him. We already paid a hefty deposit of £1000 at the time of signing the contract so we didn’t want to forfeit such a high deposit. He was reluctant to provide essential safety documents to the venue and didn’t end up doing it till the day before. We were so stressed as the venue was saying they wouldn’t allow him in if he doesn’t provide it. On the day he arrived late and was unprofessional, wasn’t taking directions and wasn’t also taking photos of important moments. He wanted to leave at the same time he was supposed to leave even though he was over half an hour late. Then asked us to pay £250 on the spot for an extra hour. Finally it’s almost a year since our wedding and he hasn’t provided us with wedding photos and keeps being evasive. He also hasn’t provided an album too. I have had to call on different numbers for him to pick up and he lies and says they are being sorted when this is not true. I am disgusted at such behaviour, it is very unexpected and he has stolen our money and not provided our precious photos from our special day. I have also heard he has done this to many other people and he shouldn’t be allowed to practice.
