Tried to contact by email, phone, socials, Google reviews and now here. Fobbed off repeatedly. I don't do negative reviews typically but I'm flabbergasted!

We wanted to make sure all the guests at our wedding could leave with a special keepsake and we were really happy with the results. They arrived on time, both attendants were lovely and we got a great guest book. Really recommend having b&w single photos! So many great photos captured!

The service is first rate from bliss photos, excellent communication from start to finish. The staff are very friendly and accommodate most request. They set up in a timely fashion and even give extra photos. Would you them again for any event.

Not the best communication or value

We had a retro pod Photo Booth for our recent wedding. I’ll start with the negatives:

Communication in advance wasn’t good - responses took a few days or needed chasing up, and I struggled to get emergency contact details the week before the wedding (finally managing to get some the day before) - I was given the general contact number which went to voicemail when I rang it.

After the wedding I realised I had not been sent the link to the online gallery as I was supposed to be. I tried to contact someone and could find three different phone numbers, none of which connected (during weekday working hours). I had to use Facebook messenger instead, and then was sent the password. But during this conversation I tried to raise my various concerns and was met with lies (saying the link had been sent, which is not true) and arguments (no sympathy or offers to resolve the issues).



On the day, they tried to set up a few hours before the time they’d said, which meant they couldn’t access the room as we were having our wedding breakfast there. I had to be taken from the meal to discuss options with them.

They were able to find a solution and the booth was set up for the evening as planned - I thought there would be a backdrop but we didn’t get this, apparently this was due to the size of the room but this wasn’t communicated with us.

The photos and props were good though and the lady manning the booth helped the guests to make sure the photo guest book was used. It was great to have unlimited copies for the guests and they were great quality. I loved that we could customise the photo strip with our name and wedding date too.



Overall I would have expected better for the fairly high price we paid, and would have appreciated sympathy and understanding when I raised my concerns. But none of the guests knew about the issues so they were happy with their side of it.

Very warm and helpful attendants.
Arrived early and was fantastic with supporting the guests.
Included a guest book too which was a very special touch!
Very professional and I would recommend Bliss Booth to anyone.

We hired Bliss Booth to provide a Magic Mirror for our work Christmas Party. Unfortunately, the package we booked had some issues:
- The booth and attendant were due to start at 7pm as per our agreement. Both the booth and the operator arrived and set up an hour late (8pm), bearing in mind we confirmed that the arrival time could have been from 6pm and the contract does state that you will arrive to set up approximately 60-90 minutes before the hire period.
- We expected the attendant to demonstrate to our guests how to use the mirror so that they may personalise shots and use the touch screen, as this is what is advertised online however this wasn’t the case. (No guest interacted with the mirror or used any filters).
- We asked for a silver sequin backdrop which wasn’t provided.
- We asked that the background of the photo-strip be amended to black instead of purple (you advertised that this could be amended/personalised). No amendments were made.
- We requested the 'year' on the photostrip and this also wasn’t included.
- No digital copies have ever been sent through.
- No guest book included.

We booked Bliss Booth years back when our wedding was meant to take place in June 2020. Unfortunately due to covid restrictions and lockdowns our wedding got postponed twice. Bliss Booth we’re very helpful and moved our date twice with ease. We finally got married on 02/04/22 and had the best day. All our guests loves the photo booth and we’ve got so many great photos to show from it! We booked the retro mirror which went so well with the wedding barn venue where we got married. The man handling the photo mirror was so helpful. Guests could keep a copy of their photo then another copy was added to a guest book for us, where guests could then write a message next to their photo for us. Highly recommend this company if you want a photo booth for the evening of your wedding day! So much fun and lovely memories 😊
