The Noughtie Boys, based out of South East London, is a wedding and events cover band that plays all of the pop and rock hits from the Noughties and beyond!

We are a band that loves to play the songs that get people on their feet and dancing. From Noughties indie and rock classics like The Killers, Stereophonics and Kings Of Leon, to pop bangers like McFly, Kelly Clarkson and Vanessa Carlton, nothing is off limits. Lineups can vary depending on the needs of your space.

Our band can also include add-ons for acoustic roaming sets, and a DJ that can end your night - we have options for music across the entire day.
We have our own P.A., lights and backline, so we can turn up, quick soundcheck, plug in and play! No stress added.

How far in advance should I contact you?

As soon as possible! But do please still enquire if it's last minute, we'll always do everything we can to accommodate

Repertoire:

We have a large amount of 2000s pop and rock hits, but also include more modern songs, a good amount of 90s rep, and some old favourites of course! We have a Spotify link all our repertoire

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?

Absolutely! If it's a few songs there could be a fee, if it's a special one with lots of advance we'll happily see if we can sort it in time

What's your experience?

We're all experienced function musicians (and some experienced DJs) who have played in multiple bands and lineups. We'll never say we've seen it all but we have seen lots!

Yes, uk and abroad, sometimes for an extra fee if it's very far

Anywhere from a couple of songs to 3 x45 minute sets

How much time do you need to prepare for an act?

We ideally try to allow 1 hour and a half from arrival for setup and soundcheck

If needed, would you be able to work extra hours?

How do you charge extra time?

Dj and Acoustic or Roaming acts incur an extra fee between £150 to £300 depending on time

10/10 band!

I hired the Noughtie Boys to play at my 30th birthday party and they absolutely smashed it! Right from the booking they were very easy to communicate and gave me lots of flexibility on the set list etc. they even learned some extra songs for me. When the night rolled around they go the venue on time and set up no problems. The gig itself was brilliant - the sound was amazing and they had brilliant stage presence. The atmosphere was electric and we soon had lots of people dancing snd singing along. I cannot recommend them enough if you want a seamless organisation and epic night!

The best night ever 👰🏻‍♀️🎸✨

We booked The Noughtie Boys for our wedding in west London, and the whole experience was exceptional. It was my first time hiring a band but they made us feel so relaxed throughout the arrangements. Planning the set list together was so much fun — the briefing call completely put me at ease and was a fun point during the whole planning process! While I hopefully won’t have another wedding, we would love to book the band again.

Wish I could give six stars!

Booked the Noughtie Boys for my 30th birthday and they went down absolute treat! From Robbie to Blink 182 their extensive set list has something for everyone… we’d hired a room upstairs in a pub and the Noughtie Boys were so good that we had people from downstairs gatecrashing. Communication was 10/10 and it was so nice knowing that the guys had everything under control and we just left them to get on with it. Have already recommended to multiple friends and family, thanks again boys!

Banger after banger!

We had the most fantastic night with the Noughtie Boys - such a great sounding band with amazing energy!
I would strongly recommend booking them if you want to get people up on the dance floor. The band members are all super friendly and the whole booking process was easy and stress free. They even tailored the setlist to make sure I got to have all of my favourites played, they played banger after banger!

Worth every penny and can't thank them enough for making the night so awesome. I can't wait to book them again in the future for the next big party!

Fabulous Five-piece

These boys transported me to the year 2000. As a millennial this band was perfect for me, they played all the classics I used to dance to at the school discos. They were quick to respond and extremely flexible with what they could offer and just wanted to make sure we had a great time (which we did!). Would recommend!!
