The perfect duo!! Don’t delay in booking them ❤️
10/10 recommend the boys from Lazy Marmalade!!
We first heard of them through some friends of ours who had them booked for their wedding. They were playing at our local pub a few weeks later and we went along to see what they were all about and if we thought they could fit in with our day. One song in and we knew we needed to book them!
They were one of the first suppliers we booked as we would have hated to miss out.
The communication from the guys has been nothing but perfect, from quick replies to emails and queries to the really handy info pack they email over once booked which literally answers everything!
They are professional but also very personable. Whenever we have seen them perform in between booking and our wedding, they have always come over for a chat. On our wedding day, they arrived on time, looked the part and our guests loved them! Even at our wedding when their last set had ended they stopped to chat for a bit before leaving.
Lovely chilled music during our drinks reception and then I don’t think our dancefloor was empty when they were on in the evening!
The performance of our first dance song was incredible, we weren’t sure what to expect as the song is usually quite fast but they performed it so perfectly, I can’t wait to watch it back on our video!
We cannot recommend them enough!

Just blummin’ fantastic
We are absolutely blown away by the boys and everything they brought to our special day. We have had the privilege of going to see some live performances and we were confident that they would be a great fit for us and our guests- however, we could not have anticipated how completely perfect they were.
From start to finish Alex and Jon have been exceptional. They provided us with clear communication and offered logistical solutions to support our planning and (most importantly for us) we were absolutely able to trust them with making decisions - they were totally able to read the crowd and adapt their set list and performance to suit their audience and keep the party going.
We couldn’t have been happier to have them join us for the day. Thank you, both! -

The best band!
Our Videographer recommended Lazy Marmalade and as soon as we heard them we loved them. They are super friendly and helpful and great to have around. They really made the night! There was never an empty dance floor and all our guests said how amazing they were. We also saw them in the build up to the wedding at one of their gigs and it was a great night with family so that is definitely worth doing too. Thank you so much Jon & Alex. Mr & Mrs Parr x -

Lazy Marmalade, Alex and Jon, where can I even begin start,
My wife and i got engaged in 2022 and had been planning this fairly big wedding to take place on 03/05/2025, I said to my wife the only involvement i wanted was the band.
I'd been searching social media and what not trying to pick out a band, I came across Lazy Marmalade on TikTok and was obsessed, I booked them for my wedding.
I paid the deposit in 2022 and received the information needed, Jon and Alex got back in touch at the start of 2025 and we settled up and discussed the final bits and bobs, now jon and Alex couldn't of made this any easier for me, they learnt songs that wasn't available on their playlist, they were straight back with emails and info.
On the night before my wedding i sent a bit of a jokey email explaining i felt like I was going to meet two celebs (well they were to me as id been watching them on a screen for nearly 3 years) they replied "don't be too starstruck when you see us" i loved the banter between these guys and myself.
The big day - 03/05/2025
Jon and Alex are truly impeccable, great lads who put a lovely post up about us both, so down to earth and thoroughly nice gents.
Things couldn't of gone any smoother on music wise, they both have great voices, unbelievable playlist's and interacted brilliantly with my two year old son (who was trying to grab the guitar during Alex playing it.
Lads I know you said it was a pleasure to play our wedding but it truly was a pleasure to have you guys play at our wedding and I couldn't of thought of any other band that would've got the dance floor bouncing like you two did.
Absolutely flawless, I want to do it all over again. I'll see you again soon boys, you have earned a customer for life in myself.
Thank you so much for making the day unforgettable.

Jon and Alex did a pre-ceremony and drinks reception set at our wedding in April 2025. I’d been looking for live musicians for daytime entertainment for a while but hadn’t seen ‘the one’ that I wanted to book. I accidentally came across Lazy Marmalade whilst scrolling aimlessly through my very weddingy FYP on Instagram and they were performing one of my husband’s favourite songs. Perfect! The guys were super responsive, flexible with the times I wanted to book them for and just generally giving good vibes. I’m a bit gutted I didn’t get to enjoy more of their sets myself (photos etc. dragged us away from the entertainment as to be expected) but I have had countless compliments from our guests who really enjoyed their music. I would wholeheartedly recommend to anybody who asked!

What can we say?!
10/10 over and over!! Alex and Jon were incredible from start to finish, it was like having friends play on the day and I couldn’t wait to say hello. We had so many compliments - I want to attend a wedding where they are playing so I can be on the other side! Don’t hesitate and book them now!!!
