The BEST decision!!
Booking Lazy Marmalade for our wedding was the best decision we made! We booked Lazy marmalade for our wedding on 01/10 after finding them online and watching them perform at a local pub in Shrewsbury. They traveled all the way up to Carlisle and we are so grateful that they made the journey up as they truly made our wedding reception so memorable and special. We have had so many compliments from friends and family about how incredible they were and the dance floor was full the entire evening, they really know how to create an incredible atmosphere. On top of all of this they were both the most genuine and lovely guys and so easy to communicate with. We will always have the most incredible memories of our wedding evening with Lazy Marmalade performing!! Thank you so so much! -

Perfect Irish Wedding
WHAT A BAND. Jon and Alex played our wedding on the 12th of September 2026 in Dublin, Ireland. It was their first time playing in Ireland and I can say with certainty it won’t be their last.
I found the band on tiktok many years ago (before we even got engaged) where they had covered Freed from Desire and saved their details. When we got wedding planning I knew exactly who I wanted! When we reached out and started chatting it reinforced my decision even more so. Communication and planning with the lads was so seemless- Jon made everything very clear, was super organized and was always so responsive.
On the day the lads played our drinks reception, evening entertainment and DJ’d until late. They were absolutely phenomenal. They had the dance floor packed all night and brought unbelievable energy, playing banger after banger. We received so many compliments about Lazy Marmalade from our guests after the wedding. They even learned a few more Irish songs for us (on top of the tonnes they already know). Aside from the fact that their music is top class they are also absolute gents to chat to and deal with.
If you are thinking about booking the guys- do it. They are worth every penny and more and they will make sure you have the most fantastic day. Thanks a million lads for everything. -

Well where do I even start, from Lazy Marmelade first appearing on our Tik Tok Algorithm we knew they were the band for us and we just had to have them perform on our special day. We booked them a year and half in advance to make sure they could play our date and I would recommend you do to as they are very busy due to just how good they are.
Jon & Alex were very professional from initial meeting and calls all the way through to our wedding day, we had the Platinum package with them and that was a great decision. They learned a good few tracks for us and played our ceremony, Cocktail hour and evening entertainment.
They knew exactly what songs our guest and us wanted to hear and knew exactly when to play them.
All our guests can’t stop talking about how amazing they are not only as performers with their great voices and guitar talent but also feel they left as friends with them.
We can’t wait to see them again and hopefully hire them once more a future event.

We had Lazy Marmalade for our drinks reception and then following onto our evening party. They were amazing, they started their daytime set with our confetti walk which was a really lovely touch and added so much to the atmosphere. We've had so many compliments about them. Ben (groom) can’t stop talking about how great they were and how much it added to the atmosphere during drinks reception (I promise I did tell him about everything I’d book for the day yet was still surprised!).
we didn't have a big dancing group for the evening and the dance floor wasn’t always filled but for those who did get up they thoroughly enjoyed it and were never made to feel like it was a bad party for you to play at, so thank you! We filled out a form with some of our favourite genres and a few songs we definitely wanted played and i'm grateful that they were able to do that for us. I'm just sad i didn't get to enjoy the music fully as we were dragged here there and everywhere!

Where do I start!!! These pair are out of this world, from the moment they began playing at our drinks reception we knew they were going to be out of this world!
As two indie kids, in wedding planning we searched for a band that would meet ours and our guests taste and we fell right on it with these two!
When booking the package system helped us find what would be perfect and the inclusion on DJ too was really budget friendly.
John and Alex have been great with responding and made the whole process through planning super easy and accommodating.
Our day was a party from start to finish, with a live cover of our first dance included too making the day even more special.
Cannot recommend these 2 enough! -

Lazy Marmalade were absolutely fantastic! We had them play throughout our entire wedding day, which just so happened to be the hottest day in June, and they were incredible from start to finish.
I first spotted them on TikTok a few years ago and knew they would be perfect for our wedding. They certainly didn’t disappoint. Alex and Jon sang me down the aisle, performed during our drinks reception, our first dance, and kept everyone entertained for the rest of the evening.
They were friendly, professional, and truly made our wedding day so special. We had so many compliments from our guests about how amazing they were.
I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough. If you’re looking for talented musicians who will make your wedding unforgettable, book Lazy Marmalade! -
