Our little wedding

My wife and I had a very small wedding out in Norfolk in a lovely church. It was very last minute so there where some rushed things, luckily Matthew was able to fit us into his timetable, he was able to play all of the songs asked of him last minute, playing them wonderfully, performing throughout our wedding with a great vibe. We were and still are very grateful that he could play for us, highly recommend him to anyone else.

Fabulous wedding!

Wow..! Extremely happy with our music.
In the lead up we had discussions about what we wanted to have played during the walk into the church, hymns, signing the register & the walk out of the church. All played beautifully. They came along to rehearsals too. We found them very polite & professional, & smartly dressed for the occasion. The pricing of our package was very good.
My husband & I will be recommending to all our family & friends. Thankyou both again for making this part of our day so magical, it truly was beautiful music!

Spell-binding (from C&VN Magazine November 2024)

Harvest Supper reaps rewards
A superb Harvest Supper became truly magical when violin and piano duo Sea
Fever gave a spell-binding performance at Miller’s Barn, Saxthorpe. Sara Longe (violin) and Matthew Preston (pictured) rounded off an evening that had brought together some 60 people to raise money for St Andrew’s Church. The result was a boost of more than £1200 to church funds.

A Special Event

Sara & Matthew played ant a very special event in our community. They are both total masters of their instruments; Matthew providing the rich piano foundation for Sara's violin to to sing in harmony with.

In-between each song Matthew provided both interesting and humorous descriptions of what they were playing. The most moving part for me was the rendition of 'A Nightingale Sang in Barclay Square'. This had me closing my eyes and being transported to another time, another place as the music reached into my soul. Sea Fever are an exceptional pair of musicians and I can't wait to hear them again!

Beautiful Music!

We recently had the privilege of hearing Sara and Matthew play together at a Harvest Supper event. They chose such a thoughtful and clever combination of pieces to play, from classical to smooth jazz to folk, and finished with a singalong piece to bring us all together into the music. Their set was so skillful and joyful, it really brought a special celebratory feel to the occasion. They’re a brilliant musical team!
