Paul brought the party!

We had our wedding at the stunning The Oak Grove on Saturday 31st May. Paul literally brought our day to life. We met him at a wedding fayre very early on in our planning, he was so friendly and knowledgeable that we booked him straight away! His meetings with us always left us feeling excited and relieved knowing he would make our ideas come to life. The book you get from the wedding chaps meant we could personalise our day. Paul's timing for all our moments was impeccable and song choices amazing. The groom even got to sing in front of the dj booth and Paul made sure he had a microphone ready and everyone loved it! The tom foolery box was a massive hit, EVERYTHING was just perfect. Ontop of all of that Paul is also a really great bloke and it was an absolute pleasure organising and then celebrating with him. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts ❤️ for everything you did we all had the most perfect magical day ✨️ Mr and Mrs Moor

Amazing wedding DJ!

We booked Harry for our 2024 wedding and he was incredible - he made our night! He was super flexible, approachable and knew how to read the room for us as well as our wedding guests - would definitely recommend!

Harry - The Wedding Chaps

Harry at the Wedding Chaps was absolutely brilliant for our wedding. He made the day what it was and is way more than a DJ. He helped the photographer get people organised and helped with organising a surprise Saxophonist.

The Connollys Wedding - June 2025

Harry (The Wedding Chaps) recently DJ'd for our wedding evening, at Hayne House.

The Wedding Chaps were recommended by the venue, and after looking at reviews and their website and offering, we locked them in as a supplier - with no regrets!

Harry sent out a detailed booklet for us to consider, complete and send back in advance of our initial telephone conversation, ensuring Harry had a good idea of our music tastes and what we were hoping for from him on the day. Equally, we had a good idea of Harry's approach, all of the offerings (including extras, props, different lighting options etc.).

Harry was exceptional, understood what we were after and went away to work on our set. We had a thriving dancefloor all night long, and Harry knew when to mix up a song or a set to keep the dance floor popping - whilst keeping all the guests happy.

As part of our planning session, Harry offered the extras and walked us through what was available. We considered but noted that we didn't need any of these, and there was no hard sell or pressure to go ahead with them - what so ever. And, the night was still a huge success with many happy guests (and certainly plenty of tired feet!).

We thank Harry for his great work and making our evening celebrations everything we could have hoped for. We strongly recommend for weddings (or any other events you may be considering them for!).

Harry was brilliant on the day, his enthusiasm about music with amazing, he knew exactly how to put on a top notch set!
The booklet that they send out is great it really helps with thinking of songs for the day and having a survivor shot taken at the end of the night is a great photo to keep!

"I never liked dancing, but this was something else"- said a wedding guest!

Unlike Many other DJs we came across, Ben was special because he allowed us to create absolutely everything. Instead of the usual 5 songs we really like, Ben asked us for probably over 30, but was able to work with very little information as well and just the genre. The incredibly comprehensive wedding guide which he sent us (really fun to fill in!) proved his outstanding attention to details. Ben was a much needed presence at our wedding, acting as a master of ceremonies and as a really fun wedding guest too! He fit right in with everyone else, and most importantly was able to incorporate a lot of Romanian traditions and music into the evening. He was okay to change various songs and take instructions on the spot, which I was pleasantly surprised about. He was even by our side during a slightly unexpected delay in the schedule, which in the moment panicked me a bit. I immediately forgot about it and knew I could trust him to carry on as if nothing happened!

Ben was with us from the cocktail hour until the end, as our ceremony took place in a church. Our wedding reception turned out to be the best memory of our lives, and I guarantee that Ben does magic- I saw people on the dance floor who notoriously would never dance!

I could not recommend Ben and the Wedding Chaps enough. Not to mention that their fees were unexpectedly affordable and reasonable, given the high quality of the services provided!

We had Harry from the Wedding Chaps DJ at our wedding last month and he was incredible. From the moment we booked the Wedding Chaps to the day itself we had so much support throughout and were given so much freedom of what we wanted in terms of music, even being given a complete detailed book on what we wanted our evening Reception to sound like. Andrew was great fun!

Andrew was very responsive and great to work with. He answered every query promptly and kept the vibe going all night. Loved the "fake ending" songs and survivors picture at the end. Little bits but made it extra fun!

Incredible service

We were incredibly lucky to have Harry for our wedding day. Harry was amazing and really helped on the day as our toastmaster. We had a DIY wedding in a church hall and the lighting that Harry provided really completed the hall. Harry was great with out guests and really helped hype everyone up. The music was great which we never doubted as the booklet we received and completed ahead of the wedding covered absolutely every aspect of the day and really helped to Harry to understand the vibe we wanted and our taste in music.
