We booked Jon for our big day and have zero regrets in doing so. We saw that he had already worked with Eve (Music with Eve) who we already had booked so this filled us with confidence they would work well together and it’s safe to say they did the most incredible job. Right from the start Jon’s communication was as amazing! In no time we had a time organised where Jon took us out for drinks to go through our playlist. Jon clearly has lots of experience so was able to give us advice, as well as making our ideas all come together. Jon maintained regular contact, right up until the big day, putting our mind at ease. On the day he was nothing but amazing. He ensured the atmosphere was buzzing all night and the dance floor was never empty. Any footage he captured from the day was sent across to us promptly. We would highly recommend Jon to anyone! Thank you for being such an important part of our big day! -

Everything for us was spot on, from all the communication leading up to the wedding to the day as well. For what we paid the show was fantastic, from the quality of sound to the light show, the party/ dance floor was never empty ! We requested a few extra things and John was more than happy to accommodate and help.
Definitely recommend onsetdjs for weddings and parties ! -

The best wedding DJ the industry has got!
From the very first point of contact till the very end of when Jon had to put his equipment away after delivering what was the most perfect wedding reception we could ever has asked for, Jon's professionalism shone throughout and this was easily the best decision we made asking Jon to be our wedding DJ.
I don't think there was a moment the dancefloor was empty, he smashed expectations and we've had nothing but amazing feedback from our guests about how Jon ensured the night was one to remember.
He is one of the most friendliest, helpful and professional person we have ever dealt with and gave us confidence from the minute we spoke about how he was going to perform for us and ensure we had the best night of our lives... You nailed it Jon and we can't thank you enough for ensuring we will never forget the experience you gave us.
For anyone thinking of using Jon, please do not hesitate as it was the best decision we made.
You will not get a better DJ to perform on which will be the best night of your life.

Picking entertainment and music is one of the biggest things for your wedding. It really creates the vibe and energy your guests will remember. I was left in charge of music for ours so the pressure was on to find someone I knew could give us what we wanted. Honestly, look no further. Jon is your guy. I may sound biased because it was the best day of my life but I’ve never seen a dance floor like it. Jon met up with us before the wedding to get to know us, know what music we like and get a general feel for how the wedding was going to be. The amount of effort and time he puts into making your playlist PERFECT for you and your guests is exceptional. He talked us through the stages of the evening and what we could expect. Planning a wedding is overwhelming at times but we felt we were in such safe hands with Jon, he just had it all sorted and knew exactly what to do to bring the energy and vibes. So many of our guests have asked us for this playlist and want to know Jon’s details as it’s the best DJ set they’ve ever heard at a wedding. But that’s because Jon is not a “wedding DJ”. He is a DJ. And it really feels like the club has come to your wedding. He recommended some Sax players he’s worked alongside before and we’re so glad he did, that added some extra energy and honestly it was THE BEST party I’ve ever had or been to. I couldn’t walk for 2 days after from dancing and jumping the whole night.
My husband isn’t overly into music, but Jon got all his favourites into the mix so it was for him too - we’re talking Disney, game themes, halo. Sonic, whatever vibe you’re after, Jon will sort it.
It really felt like Jon was our friend by the time the wedding came round which made it extra lovely to have him DJing. Very sad it’s all over, but the playlist lives on and I listed to it in the car almost every journey I have! Thank you so much Jon, totally unforgettable night. -

Immaculate vibes 💃🏻
From start to finish Jon put us at ease. He responded to our enquiry really quickly and was so personable from the get go. We then met up to curate our playlist which was so much fun. It was almost like Jon could see inside our brains and suggested banger after banger. It was really great having access to our playlist before the day, we would listen to it in the car or in the kitchen and it got us so excited for the day ahead. It made the whole experience really personal and tailored exactly to our needs.
On the actual night, the vibes were immaculate! The dance floor was never empty and I struggled to even leave to go to the toilet as I didn’t want to miss a single tune! Jon carried the night smoothly, professionally and with endless entertainment. He made our night so memorable and we received so many compliments during and after the day on how incredible he was. We can’t thank Jon enough, he was worth every penny. -
