We spent a long time trying to find the right musician for our wedding, but nothing ever felt like quite the right fit. We then came across Dave on social media and immediately knew he could be perfect for what we were looking for.
I’ll admit, after looking at wedding musicians with big marketing budgets and backed by agencies, we were a little wary of booking someone we’d found on Instagram. But after watching some of Dave’s performances, we knew he would be a great fit.
We couldn’t have been happier with how it turned out. From the very first email, Dave was incredibly friendly and easy to work with. We didn’t want the typical wedding or party playlist, so we explained the kind of vibe we wanted, along with a few musicians for Dave to take inspiration from, and he was more than happy to work with our ideas.
Dave took what was really quite a loose brief and completely nailed the atmosphere we were hoping for. The vibe was exactly what we had imagined. Not only did he understand the style and genres we wanted, but he also took the list of artists we sent over and went away and learnt some of their songs specifically for our wedding.
So many of our guests commented on how brilliant the atmosphere was throughout the evening, and Dave played a huge part in creating that. It felt personal to us rather than like a standard wedding set, which is exactly what we wanted.
We honestly couldn’t recommend Dave highly enough. If you’re looking for a saxophonist who genuinely listens to what you want and make the music feel personal to your day, Dave is the perfect choice.

We hired Dave for a few hours at our wedding and was definitely worth it. He arrived on time and was polite , professional and most important was unbelievable on a saxophone. He gave us a massive list of songs to choose from and allowed us to request a few songs are self and he was loved by all of the guest who came , couldn't recommend him enough ! We absolutely LOVED Dave’s performance at our wedding. It bought the most incredible energy from start to finish and all our guests absolutely loved it!! Dave has been amazing throughout the lead up to the day, so so responsive and accommodating! An incredible list of song choices which were very well received by all guests of all ages. We couldn’t have asked for a better sax player for our wedding in August! From the moment he started playing, he created such an amazing atmosphere and brought so much energy to the dance floor. Our guests absolutely loved him, and he had everyone up dancing all night.
What made the experience even more special was that he kindly played one extra song for our first set so I could have a dance with my Nana. It was such a thoughtful gesture and created a memory I’ll treasure forever.
