Having performed for crowds as small as 10 and as big as 22,000, Wigan, Greater Manchester-based wedding singer and DJ Peter D Hill can provide entertainment for not only the whole evening but the whole day. Peter has packages suitable for all aspects of the day, from the wedding breakfast to the evening dance floor celebration. Ratpack and swing classics can create a mellow ambience while indie rock hits from bands like The Killers or Kings of Leon create the perfect packed dance floor.

As a singer, Peter offers an even more unique experience for your wedding day, currently having sung many brides down the aisle with the likes of some romantic Ed Sheeran, John Legend, and more. He can sing ballads and special tracks for other parts of the wedding, such as dance with parents or with each other.
Tailoring to your specific needs and tastes, Peter offers an array of packages/song choices. Utilising guidance and suggestions from Peter and seeing to the sample song list on his website, you can craft the ideal musical experience for an unforgettable day.

What is included in the wedding package?
I tailor packages to suit the full day package. In this I will provide 3 x 45 mins singing slots through the day and night time, background music for any spaces and evening DJ - Also Act as t/master
How far in advance should I contact you?
Bookings vary I have enquiries as far as 2018 and bookings for things like Bank Holidays in May already.
As soon as you decide - it's the old saying book early to avoid dissappoinment

Is it possible to request something that's not in the repertoire?
Yes, this is how my set has developed over the last six years. From experience of what works and what doesn't - and then obviously aswell on your wedding day there may be that special song you want
What's your experience?
Fulltime professional since 2009 Weddings in the main, but have also performed to Stadiums of 25,000 people Wigan vs Saints. Perform more regularly at weddings averaging 100/150 mark

Do you need specific materials or conditions to offer your service?
Yes, in certain cases where the venue is quite big. I may need an additional company to provide sound. This is usually if the venue is big enough for plus 300
Can you travel?
Yes, uK I am based in Wigan and generally travel around the Northwest, but regularly travel up to the Lakes / Yorkshire down to Bristol/Birmingham even London
Is there a charge for travelling?
Yes, usually worked out as a fuel amount plus hotel stay if more than 1.30 hours from Wigan Drive
Do you cover more than one wedding a day?
Yes
Do you work alone or do you have a team of professionals?

What is the length of time of the act?
Can be from before the ceremony through to the end of the evening, most book either full evening entertainment or full day entertainment
How much time do you need to prepare for an act?
I'm a professional so I am always in practice and available at the last minute if necessary, I can also adapt and change to suit different audiences and circumstances no two weddings are The same

Generally on a case by case basis depends on demand for that day, what else I have already booked in around that area

Simply amazing - thru COVID and beyond
Simply incredible. Great entertainer, great man, engaging and accommodating. We booked him for our wedding pre-covid so was nearly 2 years in the planning but he was us every step of the way and made our day even more special.
He got the guests going through the breakfast and so many guests commented on how the evening was one of the best they had been to.
I would HIGHLY recommend him to ensure your day goes without a hitch

Who knew that one man other than the groom could have such a massive part in making our day so special.
Peter truly is a genius. My wife booked Peter and she picked good. Working in the industry myself I couldn't DJ or sing at my own wedding so to find someone that blew us and our guests away, they must have a gift.
Peter is a massive talking point still and we can't thank him enough for the way that he entertained throughout the day and evening.
It won't be the last we see of Peter looking forward to seeing him at work in the future.

Where to start.........I honestly can't put into words how special Peter made our wedding day and night. I organised Peter as a surprise for my husband, Peter went above and beyond to help not only keep the secret but to create our unique first dance. The wedding breakfast was in a league of its own........for Peter to have the whole room up singing and dance between courses was something else but the true highlight of the day has to be when both Peter and my dad got up on chairs singing :-) (For all that no my dad this is a miracle) The variation of songs was unbelievable, his timings for each song was perfect.
Peter’s communication was brilliant from start to finish and has kept in touch after. This won't be the one and only time we book him for events.
A huge thank you for making an already amazing day truly unforgettable.

Peter was with us throughout the day and evening. He sounds even better than his demo recordings. He made our wedding so very special and everyone was so relaxed and singing along throughout the day. He got the evening guests up to dance. Cannot praise him enough. Great guy and excellent at what he does. You can leave it all to him to sing what he feels suits your party.
