Meet the team
I play bass and backing vocals in the band, and I've been at this for over 20 years now. I've spent a lot of that time touring the country, playing in all kinds of bands along the way - hardcore, rock 'n' roll, function and live event bands, you name it. I'm just as happy on bass as I am on electric guitar, and I've learned to adapt to whatever a gig calls for.
I grew up listening to the great songwriters and bands of the '70s, and that's shaped my taste across pop, rock, country, and hardcore. I like keeping an open mind about genres, which is probably why I ended up in the studio recently with a producer who's worked on tracks with over 3.5 billion streams worldwide - a good reminder that good songwriting matters more than sticking to one style.
I grew up in a musical family, so music's always been a part of my life. Over the years, my career has taken me around the world, touring across the USA and Europe with different bands. I try to bring dedication to every performance, especially when I'm helping couples celebrate their special day.
My influences are a bit of a mix - the hard-hitting rock of Linkin Park, Slipknot, and Limp Bizkit on one side, and the storytelling and soul of country legends like Brad Paisley, Johnny Cash, and Chris Stapleton on the other. That blend shows up in my playing, somewhere between country warmth and rock intensity.
Offstage, I'm pretty into fitness - 'm a regular at the gym, and you'll usually find me stretching or doing push-ups backstage before a show to get warmed up.
I lead the band on vocals and guitar, though I can play bass or drums as well if that's what's needed. When I'm not performing, I run my own recording studio, where I get to produce and record some really promising up-and-coming artists from around England.
Outside of music, I'm into running - I've done a fair few marathons and ultra-marathons over the years. Between the studio, performing, and training, I try to keep things balanced with family life too, along with my partner, our dog Marshall, and a shared love of music.
My influences range from experimental and progressive sounds through to the newer wave of country and folk. That mix has taken me to over a thousand weddings across the UK so far.
