Hi, my name is Laura, currently living In South London and I have over 20 years experience DJing. Throughout the years I have done lots of my own nights in various bars and clubs around London so I know how to throw a good party. I’ve played at weddings, corporate events, kids parties and even fashion shows. Weddings are my favourite though as I love the atmosphere and seeing friends and families coming together to create a memorable day.
I play a wide variety of music. The main styles that I love playing are disco, funk, soul, motown, pop, 80s, 90s, noughties & dance music. I also have an extensive collection of other genres (see below) and am always up for playing different styles and broadening my music knowledge. I have DJed at Weddings for many different cultures, French, Italian, German, Irish, Scottish, Hungarian, Jewish, and a traditional American Alabama Wedding.
I will work with you before your wedding to make sure the music is exactly what you want. You can send me your favourite songs, as many or as little as you want, at least 10 would be great :), and I will work from them or a Spotify playlist. I am also set up to take on-the-spot requests on the night to keep all your friends and family dancing to their favourite songs.
I have all my own professional equipment, including a DJ controller, mixer, speakers, microphone for speeches, disco lights and DJ booth / table. All my equipment is PAT tested, and I have public liability insurance.
I have a few great Saxophonists that I work with and some good LED dancefloor companies too. I'm happy to organise and add these into my DJ package if required.
I am a great communicator, friendly and approachable. If you hire me, I will ensure that I meet all of your needs to ensure it is stress-free and that you will have a great party :)

Laura is the best 👌
Wow where do i start, as soon as I seen laura on social media I knew she was my vibe and I had to book her 😁 and now i am her biggest fan 😂From the very first email to my actual wedding day Laura was always on hand supporting my vision and advising me on what would and wouldn't work, Laura is very professional and extremely good at what she does. She knows how to fill a dance floor and get the party started 🥰. She is soooo lovely in person and it was an honour to meet her and spend the day with her 😍. I was more excited about meeting Laura than marrying my husband 🤣... that speaks for itself 😂 if you are thinking of booking Laura please dont hesitate....DO IT. Honestly you want regret it.

Awesome DJ!
Laura recently DJ-ed our wedding and was absolutely fantastic! We had a couple of calls in advance to discuss logostics and the vibe we wanted then when the day came she absolutely nailed it!! All of our guests kept saying how good the music was, it was hard for anyone to pry themselves off the dancefloor to even get a drink! Laura is friendly, professional and so much fun - we highly recommend her!

What a FABULOUS night we had with DJ Laura for our wedding! She had a tough job as many of our guests are introverted and haven't been happily on the dancefloor since uni... and yet the floor was PACKED.
I (the bride) am not really averse to the dancefloor but was kind of dreading being there the WHOLE night... but I found myself saying 'God, I should have got a worse DJ' - as I was so tired from being on the floor with banger after banger!! We all woke up battered from dancing but no hangover the next day, as all of us were on the floor and didn't have time to get a drink because they were all unmissable!!
She gave great suggestions, and also listened to all our mad ideas and took them unfazed in stride (including Shrek Soundtrack Half Hour), it was fabulous
Also amazing was DJ Laura's support on the day. Between my spouse and I we have only been to 1 'all day' wedding and very few of our friends have been married. She was SO chill when we couldn't find our coordinator and didn't know how to announce the cake, do the bouquet toss etc. She also took loads of amazing photos and videos on the night which was INCREDIBLE as again, we were all having such a good time that we didn't even know where our phones *were*.
The next day we woke up to loads of messages about how fantastic the night was, and within 12 hours we were talking about having a joint birthday party so we could book DJ Laura again.

Our guests had an amazing time, and the dance floor was full all night. Everyone kept telling us how much they enjoyed the music and how much fun they were having.
Although most of our playlist was in Spanish and she is English, she mixed everything perfectly and kept the energy exactly how we wanted it. She really understood the vibe we were looking for.
She was also incredibly attentive to the timeline of our day, making sure every song and announcement happened at the right moment and keeping everything running smoothly.
Thank you for helping make our wedding so memorable. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a professional, talented, and attentive DJ!

My wife booked Laura for our wedding on the 8th July with a player that I requested, and to be honest I wasn't fussed regards the singer, but how wrong I was and how correct my wife was(as always) as Laura and her team absolutely made the the day, she was attentive to our needs and her ideas worked a treat. 100% recommend and worth every penny. A fantastic wedding DJ
Josh and I worked with DJ Laura for our wedding. It was absolutely fantastic! Our guests had an incredible time and everyone was dancing. We got all the right songs at just the right times including our first dance song, our special requests, and very rowdy renditions of Hava Nagila. We loved it. Laura was very attentive throughout the evening to what we wanted for ourselves and our guests. We loved working with her. Thank you for making our wedding reception so special!!

Wonderful at our wedding!
Laura was fantastic. Felt like she really worked with us on the type of music that we wanted at our wedding whilst also reading the room and keeping people dancing and having a great time. Also incredibly friendly and communicative. Came across as very dependable - really put us at ease. All our friends and family commented on how lovely she was. Highly recommend!

Laura was absolutely amazing!
Super friendly and full of energy, she kept the dance floor packed all night, from the little ones to the grandparents. She even threw in some brilliant French bangers that everyone loved! Punctual, well organised, and just a joy to work with. Couldn’t recommend her highly enough!

Wedding reception DJ was amazing 👏
Laura was amazing! We were quite chilled in booking with not allot of direction or brief just a few of our favourite artists. Our wedding party were up on the dance floor before plates were cleared and she was a total hit amongst the very mixed crowd. Friendly, efficient with great tunes throughout We would definitely book with Laura again. Thank you

Hi, my name is Laura. I live in London with my son Rio and my cat Coco. I love music. I've been DJing since the late 90’s, started out playing vinyl and doing lots of parties and events all over London. In the past few years, I decided to start my own business, get all my own equipment and start DJing more professionally, prioritising weddings. I love the energy of a wedding. Everybody's always happy and friendly, and it's always a great atmosphere. I love being involved in such a special day.
Due to the amount of time I've been DJing and all the different genres that I've played over the years, I feel this makes me a great wedding DJ, being able to read the room and tailor the music to suit everybody's tastes and make sure everyone has a great night.
