Fantastic travel agent for our honeymoon
We booked our summer 2024 honeymoon to Mauritius with the travel chaps. They listened carefully to the type of holiday we were looking for and came up with some fantastic options for us to choose between. We ended up booking Mauritius at their suggestion and we had an absolutely perfect honeymoon. The hotel they suggested was amazing and they clearly had a good relationship with the hotel and were able to get us a great deal. They were also really flexible and let us add in another hotel for a few nights in another part of the island. They knew a lot about the locations they suggested and were able to advise us where would be best at that time of year. Their communication was fantastic and it was really easy to get all the information we needed. Their level of attention to detail was amazing. They organized the hotel to prebook restaurants for us so we didn't miss out on any and I even received a birthday card from them based on my birthdate in my passport. I would highly recommend them and we will definitely book holidays through them again.

Honeymoon Booking
The Travel Chaps were great to deal with. We booked our honeymoon through them. We had problems with our airline cancelling our flight out and they were reassuringly on hand and invaluable in helping relay info on our rescheduled flight. They were friendly, helpful and it was pleasant to deal with them. They were great at offering advice from travelling itself to the hotel, resort and surrounding area for day trips. We would definitely book through them again and would really recommend them to anyone booking a holiday.

I sent a cheeky enquiry through to the Travel Chaps and the next day a phone call was arranged to go through our honeymoon requirements. We had an idea of the type of honeymoon we wanted but we didn't really know where we wanted to go. Either way it didn't matter, both Matt and Ash know their shizz so even when you think you know, there are so many other options to consider. They cover absolutely everything and their aim is very much to proivde you with the BEST possible trip within the budget you have set. We found ourselves sitting back and enjoying the whole planning experience, rather than sitting at home scrolling through the laptop with no idea what we were committing ourselves to. We had a face to face meeting and we were presented with numerous destinations to look through. Alternative options per hotel were also covered so that the holiday can be tailored to suit your requirements. The service you receive from these chaps is exceptional 👏 👌🏻 🙌 it makes you realise how important this stage is within all the stressful wedding planning and you DO NOT rush a good thing. Couldn't recommend this travel company more ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Their travel experience and knowledge is outstanding 💟

Amazing experience! Such lovely service.

Thank you Matt & Ash for helping us find our dream honeymoon! Nothing was too much bother for them, anything I asked they had no problem checking. Speedy responses always. Very personal experience via online Zoom calls. Listened to what we wanted, gave recommendations and then totally delivered over and above! Matt- made the whole experience effortless. Funny & great guy to have dealt with. Very knowledgeable and an expert in his field of work! 100% couldn’t recommend/thank the guys enough. A dream to deal with!

Amazing service, 100% recommend.
We met Matt & Ash at a wedding fair on sunday, had a phone call together on monday to discuss exactly what we wanted and by tuesday evening after they showcased their results, we'd booked our perfect honeymoon with them. I don't usually write reviews but i feel with the service we received and how accommodating they were, they definitely deserve one! I would 100% recommend them.

Speechless
Inquired in Hitch about honeymoon packages. Matt replied and contacted me straight away. When Matt and Ash showcased the package they put together, myself and Dave was left speechless. Best Decision we Made!
Matt and Ash have helped sort our destination wedding. They made it so easy and were able to offer personal insight into the hotels we had short listed. They booked our chosen hotel, flights etc and were happy for our guests to contact them to book too so that they were all part of the wedding party. It really took the stress out of having to deal with different hotels, receptionists, airlines etc and having used them before for Holidays - I know that if there are any issues they are just a phone call away.
Really friendly guys who can't do enough to help. This is their passion and it truly shows. A huge thanks to both of them for all of their hard work! I can't recommend them enough and will be booking our next holiday through them too!

I'm so pleased we found Matt rather then sticking to the high street or going online.
He's made the whole process very easy and he's been an absolute pleasure to book with giving us a more personal touch and a much more pleasurable experience.
If by spending a few minutes of my time to highlight that it's not always best to go with big companies and to help out a small local business by writing a review, it's the least I can do.
