We used Travel Chaps to book our honeymoon to St Lucia and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the very beginning, the whole process was seamless and completely stress-free, which is exactly what you want when planning such a special trip. Every detail was perfectly thought through, from flights and transfers to the beautiful resort.
Having previously used Travel Chaps they remembered our personal preference for the relaxed resorts we preferred, recommending the perfect resorts and options.
Communication was excellent throughout, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making our honeymoon unforgettable. Thanks to Travel Chaps, we were able to relax and enjoy every moment without worrying about a thing. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone planning your Honeymoon. -

Wow wow wow. Travel chaps surpassed all expectations and created the best experience ever. We couldn’t have imagined the places we have seen it still feels like a dream. Thank you so much for making our Honeymoon so special. The little extras such as notes and flowers in our room were such a nice surprise. We booked our African honeymoon through the Travel Chaps for Feb 2026. Everyone has been super helpful with recommendations of where to go on the best safari, find the best deals and itinerary aligned to us and answering everyone question we have. They are always so helpful, informative, quick to respond and always add in those caring touches such as a message on our wedding day. We had a fabulous experience booking our wedding and honeymoon to Mauritius with Travel Chaps. We were recommended by a friend who had book her Mauritius honeymoon with them, and I can totally see why.
Initially I thought about booking the holiday myself, but given we wanted it to be a multi-stop holiday AND we needed to include a wedding in the itinerary, I thought it would be less stressful if we enlisted some help. And I was right.
I had a couple of great calls with Ash at the start of the process, where he really listened to what we wanted from the trip, and gave some great advice off the bat. It really felt like he knew the island well. He planned a trip within our budget, and was really helpful with suggesting different options for us. I was also very pleasantly surprised with how much a wedding costs in Mauritius compared to London!
When it came to actually booking we had a lot of interactions with Matt, who bless the man put in so much time and effort. The amount of back and forth with dates and hotels and flights (we were attempting to book quite last-minute), he really bent over backwards to get us the holiday we were after. We were communicating him over Whatsapp, which made everything much easier from our end, and he was incredibly responsive. He helped answer all of our silly questions and was so accommodating when we were asking for the 100th change to the itinerary.
In the end we decided to delay until Spring next year, but we're so excited for it and so grateful to Ash and Matt. They have been friendly and wonderful but also incredibly professional throughout. The care they take is not just in the booking process, but they'll be getting in touch with us a few weeks (and then a few days) before we fly to make sure we're all sorted and to answer any last-minute questions.
We're so grateful to have received a recommendation for Travel Chaps, and would recommend them to anyone else!
