Perfect service, high quality, friendly people

From start to finish S&S were incredible. From the way they kept me informed to the quality of the product (everyone who wore one commented on how good the ties and pocket squares are) to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure our page boys had the same ties.

If you use S&S I promise you that you won’t be disappointed! Thank you to the team who looked after us so well!

Great customer service

There wasn't enough material left on a discontinued line for a runner, a hankerchief and two ties but George immediately got back to us and asked for a photo of the groom's waistcoat and sent us half a dozen other swatches so we could find another match. A text wishing us a Happy Wedding Day was a lovely touch.

The best!!

Very helpful in sending over a fabric swatch to make sure the colour of the tie I had ordered matched my dress.
Delivery was very quick, and George followed up the make sure everything was okay.

Top Quality

Although our purchases were just small, the company provided a thoroughly professional and friendly service. Not just up to supplying our products, but their after service was fantastic, including sending best wishes for the day and asking afterwards how the day went.

4th wedding order

Lovely ties and great customer service

Exceptional customer service! When the sample ties didn’t match our bridesmaid dresses, George reached out proactively and helped us find the ideal colour. He also arranged a seamless return when we ordered the wrong size for the children’s ties and ensured the correct ones arrived before the wedding. We were genuinely impressed and would not have completed our order without his assistance. Would recommend

We ordered our wedding cravats from Swagger & Swoon, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We weren’t completely sure if the colour samples matched our bridesmaids dresses, so the team kindly asked us to send a photo of the dresses. They went above and beyond to find the perfect match and they absolutely nailed it!

The quality of the cravats is beautiful, and the customer service was outstanding.

Highly recommend Swagger & Swoon to anyone!

Perfect day

We ordered ties and pocket squares for our wedding from Swagger and Swoon and the service was great. The staff were friendly and helpful and we received the items really quickly too! Great quality and great choice; we would definitely recommend.

Cannot recommend enough!

We went round 20+ shops looking for the perfect ties for our wedding. Then one day we found Swagger & Swoon who offered sample orders. There were lots of options we liked so we ordered some samples and loved several of them. We made our choice and were so pleased. Everything from ordering, returns, communications was fantastic and one of the best companies I've ever ordered from for anything. The amount of customer care they provide is fantastic. We would defintley use in future for other events! Cannot recommend Swagger & Swoon Enough!

Last minute decision

I was one of those that decided to change the original tie as seen swagger and swoon advert for the perfect one. I am soo glad I did as the colours matched perfectly along with the theme. Also the customer service was brilliant ensuring I had my tie in time for the wedding at no extra costs when ordering and confirming would reach me. The quality of the ties are very good.

Perfect service

Nothing was too much trouble for Swagger & Swoon. Very quick response to my inital enquiry. The ties and pocket squares were a perfect match to the bridesmaid dresses and they even supplied a thinner tie on request. They have been dry cleaned and look as good as new! Highly recommended.
