He also arranged a seamless return when we ordered the wrong size for the children’s ties and ensured the correct ones arrived before the wedding. As the groom I had one job to do.. get the ties. After much deliberation on what would go best with the suit, and ordering about 15 ties in the process. I settled on a fantastic "antique copper" tie from Swagger & Swoon. I then proceeded to order a following 3 ties & pocket squares for the groomsmen to complete the set. The ties are made to order and you get text updates throughout the process. They didn't have enough material at the time to fulfill the order in time for the wedding (my fault really!) but George from the S&S team offered to upgrade all 4 ties from polyester to silk - absolutely fantastic service. The ties arrived in time and I honestly couldn't be more pleased with how well the suit tie combination worked.
But for me the step up beyond all other levels came next... I actually bought the suits from a different supplier before I ever even knew about Swagger&Swoon. The jacket pockets were tact shut, to help preserve the shape of the jacket etc. Not being an everyday suit kind of guy, this was all new to me. I noticed on the S&S website that they also sold the House of Cavani Thomas suit. I asked George in a last minute email what to do with the suit pocket, to which he replied at 07:13am! With a full instructional web page on what to do next.. absolute Hero!
To top it off he sent a lovely text message wishing me the best of luck with the upcoming wedding day. All this is just ins't the service you'd expect of the purchase of a few ties. A true credit to the industry! Thanks again - Josh

There wasn't enough material left on a discontinued line for a runner, a hankerchief and two ties but George immediately got back to us and asked for a photo of the groom's waistcoat and sent us half a dozen other swatches so we could find another match. A text wishing us a Happy Wedding Day was a lovely touch.

Very helpful in sending over a fabric swatch to make sure the colour of the tie I had ordered matched my dress.
Delivery was very quick, and George followed up the make sure everything was okay.

Although our purchases were just small, the company provided a thoroughly professional and friendly service. Not just up to supplying our products, but their after service was fantastic, including sending best wishes for the day and asking afterwards how the day went.

We went round 20+ shops looking for the perfect ties for our wedding. Then one day we found Swagger & Swoon who offered sample orders. There were lots of options we liked so we ordered some samples and loved several of them. We made our choice and were so pleased. Everything from ordering, returns, communications was fantastic and one of the best companies I've ever ordered from for anything. The amount of customer care they provide is fantastic. I was one of those that decided to change the original tie as seen swagger and swoon advert for the perfect one. I am soo glad I did as the colours matched perfectly along with the theme.
